• Butla gazowa używana w ogrzewaczu musi spełniać poniższe wymagania:

• Stosuj tylko butle o wymaganych rozmiarach - średnica 31,8 cm x 58 cm wysokości, pojemność maksymalna 15 kg

• W razie nagłych podmuchów wiatru należy zwrócić szczególną uwagę na przechylanie się urządzenia

• Butla z gazem powinna być umiejscowiona nie mniej niż 1 metr od palnika.

• Wtryskiwacz musi być zainstalowany przez producenta.

Nie podłączaj butli gazowej bezpośrednio do urządzenia bez reduktora. Używaj tylko i wyłącznie rodzaju gazu lub butli gazowej
wyszczególnionych w instrukcji.

Regulator ciśnienia (zgodny z EN 16129:2013) jest wymagany do prawidłowego ciśnienia odpowiadającego kategorii urządzenia:

• Nie próbuj w żaden sposób modykować urządzenia

• Cały system gazowy, wąż, reduktor, pilot, palnik powinien być sprawdzony pod kątem nieszczelności lub uszkodzeń przed

przystąpieniem do eksploatacji, a co najmniej raz w roku przez odpowiednią, wykwalikowaną osobę.

• Wszystkie testy szczelności powinny być wykonywane za pomocą detergentu, płynu do mycia, lub wody z mydłem. Nigdy nie
używaj otwartego ognia do sprawdzania szczelności!

• NIe używaj ogrzewacza zanim nie sprawdzisz szczelności wszystkich połączeń

• Wyłącz gaz natychmiast gdy poczujesz jego zapach. Zakręć butlę gazową, jeżeli przeciek jest na połączeniu przewodu/

reduktora zaciśnij je mocniej i przeprowadź dodatkową próbę szczelności. Jeżeli ciągle pojawiają się bąble powietrza powinno
się wymienić przewód na nowy. Jeżeli nieszczelność pojawia się na połączeniu od reduktora do butli, przy zakręconym gazie,
odkręcić reduktor, wkręcić od nowa i wykonaj ponownie test szczelności. Jeżeli po kilku próbach wciąż występuje nieszczelność,
uszkodzony jest zawór butli gazowej. Oddaj ją w miejscu sprzedaży i wymień na nową.

• Nie transportuj ogrzewacza gdy jest włączony.

• Nie przesuwaj ogrzewacza po wyłączeniu, aż do momentu ostygnięcia. Zagrożenie poparzeniem.

• Utrzymuj otwory wentylacyjne butli czyste, nie zatykaj ich.

• Nie zamalowuj ekranu promiennika, panelu kontrolnego czy daszku urządzenia.

• Komora sterująca, kanały powietrzne nagrzewnicy muszą być utrzymywane w czystości. Cykliczne czyszczenie może być

wymagane w razie konieczności.

• Zawór gazu powinien być zakręcony/wyłączony gdy urządzenie nie pracuje.

• Sprawdź natychmiast ogrzewacz jeżeli:

• Ogrzewacz nie osiąga odpowiedniej temperatury. Temperatura niższa niż 50 stopni C ogranicza napływ ciepła i urządzenie

nie działa sprawnie.

• Palnik wydaje trzaski podczas używania (delikatny trzask jest możliwy podczas gaszenia urządzenia)

• Zapach gazu w połączeniu z bardzo żółtym dymieniem płomieni palnika.

• Połączenie przewód/reduktor musi być ulokowane w takim miejscu aby użytkownicy nie musieli przechodzić nad nim lub

w miejscu gdzie nie narażony będzie na przypadkowe uszkodzenie.

• Każde zabezpieczenie/osłona która zostaje zdemontowana np na czas serwisu, musi być zastąpiona inną zanim przystąpi się
do ponownego uruchomienia.

• ZAGROŻENIE POPARZENIEM: Należy poinformować dzieci i dorosłych o zagrożeniach związanych z nagrzewającymi się
powierzchniami urządzenia oraz o konieczności przebywania w odpowiedniej odległości od parasola grzewczego w celu
zapobiegania oparzeniom i podpaleniu odzieży.

• Dorośli i dzieci powinni znajdować się z dala od bardzo gorących powierzchni aby uniknąć zapalenia się ubrań lub poparzenia.

• Małe dzieci oraz zwierzęta domowe powinny przebywać w pobliżu urządzenia zawsze pod nadzorem!

• Nigdy nie dotykać urządzenia mokrymi lub wilgotnymi rękami.

• ZAGROŻENIE POŻAROWE: Nigdy nie umieszczać nad parasolem grzewczym chust, koców ani innych rzeczy łatwopalnych. Nie

ustawiać w pobliżu grzejnika przedmiotów łatwopalnych. Zawsze należy przestrzegać minimalnych odstępów od materiałów
palnych.

• Wymiana butli z gazem powinna odbywać się w dobrze wentylowanym pomieszczeniu, z dala od wszelkich źródeł ognia (świec,
papierosów, czy innych)

• Sprawdź czy uszczelki reduktora są poprawnie umieszczone, nie są sparciałe, aby były w stanie spełniać swoją funkcję
uszczelniającą. Umieszczenie uszczelki pokazane jest na rysunku po prawej.

• Nie zasłaniać otworów wentylacyjnych butli

• Nie przewracać urządzenia

• Nie wystawiać urządzenia na działanie złych warunków meteorologicznych (wichura, deszcz, śnieg, burza itp)

• Zamknij dopływ gazu na zaworze butli z gazem lub reduktora po użyciu urządzenia.

• W przypadku wycieku gazu, nie wolno używać urządzenia lub jeżeli jest zapalony płomień , należy odciąć dopływ gazu

a urządzenie należy sprawdzić i naprawić przed ponownym użyciem.

• Przewód gazowy sprawdzaj co najmniej raz w miesiącu, za każdym razem gdy wymieniana jest butla gazowa i przed włączeniem
urządzenia po długim czasie nieużytkowania.

• Używanie ogrzewacz w zamkniętych pomieszczeniach może być niebezpieczne i jest całkowicie ZABRONIONE

• Przeczytaj instrukcję obsługi przed przystąpieniem do użytkowania. Ogrzewacz musi być złożony zgodnie z poniższą instrukcją

USTAWIANIE OGRZEWACZA

• Ogrzewacz przeznaczony jest tylko do użytku zewnętrznego. Zawsze upewnij się że jest
odpowiedni dostęp świeżego powietrza i wentylacja.

• Zawsze zachowuj odpowiedni odstęp od materiałów palnych np. 100 cm od górnej i bocznej
powierzchni.

• Ogrzewacz musi być ustawiony na równej i twardej powierzchni

• Nigdy nie używaj ogrzewacza w wybuchowej atmosferze, np w obszarach składowania

paliw lub innych łatwopalnych cieczy czy aerozoli.

• Używać tylko i wyłącznie gazu propan/butan

• Reduktor i przewód gazowy użyty do podłączenia musi spełniać lokalne wymagania prawa!

• Instalacja musi być zgodna z lokalnymi przepisami, lub jeżeli brakuje takich, z normami dotyczącymi składowania i używania

ciekłych gazów ropopochodnych.

• Wgnieciona, zardzewiała lub uszkodzona butla z gazem może stanowić zagrożenie. W takim przypadku skontaktuj się
z lokalnym dystrybutorem butli i wymień ją. Nigdy nie używaj butli z uszkodzonym zaworem.

• Zbiornik gazu musi być tak zaprojektowany aby umożliwiał odprowadzenie oparów z butli roboczej.

• Używaj zawsze gazu z legalnych źródeł, potwierdzonych odpowiednimi dokumentami i oznaczeniami.

SPRAWDZANIE SZCZELNOŚCI

Połączenia gazowe są sprawdzane w fabryce przed wysyłką. Kompletna próba szczelności gazu musi by jednak wykonana
przez instalatora przed przystąpieniem do użytkowania urządzenia, w związku z możliwością uszkodzeń transportowych lub na
ogrzewacz działało zbyt wysokie ciśnienie.

• Wykonaj test z użyciem detergentu (1 miara detergentu 1 miara wody). Test z użyciem detergentu może być wykonany za
pomocą butelki z rozpylaczem, pędzla lub szmatki. W przypadku nieszczelności pojawią się bąbelki gazu.

• Ogrzewacz musi być sprawdzony przy użyciu pełnej butli z gazem

• Upewnij się że zawór bezpieczeństwa jest w pozycji OFF

• Włącz dopływa gazu ON

• W przypadku przecieku odetnij dopływ gazu. Dokręć lub dociśnij połączenia które nie są szczelne i ponownie wykonaj test.

• This outdoor heater is not Intended to be Installed on recreational vehicles and/or boats.

• Never replace or substitute the regulator with any regulator other than the factory-suggested replacement.

• Do not store or use petrol or other ammable vapours or liquids in the heater unit.

• The whole gas system, hose, regulator, pilot and burner should be inspected for leaks or damage before usa, and at least

annually by a qualied service person.

• All leak tests should be done with a soap solution. Never use an open ame to check for leaks.

• Do not use the heater until all connections have been leak tested.

• Turn o the gas valve immediately if smell of gas is detected. Turn Cylinder Valve OFF. if leak is at Hose/ Regulator connection:

tighten connection and perform another leak test. If bubbles continue appearing should be retuned to hose’s, place of
purchase. If leak is at Regulator/Cylinder Valve connection: disconnect, reconnect and perform anotrer leak check. If you
continue to see bubbles after several attempts, cylinder valve is defective and should be returned cylincier’s place of purchase.

• Do not transport heater while it’s operating.

• Do not move heater after it has bean turned o until it has cooled down.

• Keep the ventilation opening of Me cylinder enclosure free and clear of debris.

• Do not paint the radiant screen, control panel or top canopy reector.

• Control compartment, bumer and circulation air passageways of the heater must kept clean. Frequently cleaning be required

as necessary.

• The LP tank should be tumed o when the heater is not in use.

• Check the heater immediately any of the following occurs:

• The heater does not reach temperature.

• The homer mak. a popping noise during use (a slight noise is normal when Me burner is extinguished).

• Smell of gas in conjunction with extreme yellow tipping of the burner ames.

• The LP regulator/hose assembly must be located out of pathways where people may trip over it or in area where the hose will

• Any guard or other protective device removed for servicing the heater must be replaced before operating the heater.

• Adults and children should stay away from high temperature surface to avoid bums or clothing ignition.

• Children should be carefully supervised when they are in the area of the heater.

• Clothing or other ammable materials should not be hung on the heater or placed on or near the heater.

• Change the gas cylinder in a amply ventilated area. away from any ignition source (candle, cigarettes, other ame producing

• Check that the regulator seal is correctly tted and able to fulll its function as shown in the photo.

• Do not obstruct the ventilation holes of the cylinder housing.

• Close the gas supply at the valve of Me gas cylinder or the regulator after use.

• In the event of gas leakage, the appliance shall not be used or if alight, the gas supply shall be shut o and the appliance shall

be investigated and rectied before it is used again.

• Check the hose at least once per month, each time the cylinder is changed and before using the heater alter a long time
without use.

HEATER STAND AND LOCATION

• The heater is for outdoor use only. Always ensure that adequate fresh air ventilation is
provided.

• Always maintain proper clearance to combustible materials, i.e. top 100 cm and sides 100
cm minimum.

GAS REQUIREMENTS

• Use propane or butane gas only.

• The pressure regulator and hose assembly to be used must conform to local standard regulations.

• The installation must conform to local regulations, or in the absence of local regulations, with the standard for the storage and

handling of liquid petroleum gases.

• A dented, rusted or damaged propane tank may be hazardous and should be checked by your tank supplier. Never use a
propane tank with a damaged valve connection.

• The propane tank must be arranged to provide for vapour withdrawal from the operating cylinder.

• Never connect an unregulated propane tank to the heater.

LEAKAGE TEST

Gas connections on the heater are leak tested at the factory prior to shipment. A complete gas tightness check must be performed
at the installation site due to possible mishandling in shipment or excessive pressure being applied to the heater.

• Make a soap solution of one part liquid detergent and one part water. The soap solution can be applied with a spray bottle,
brush or rag. Soap bubbles will appear in case of a leak.

• The heater must be checked with a full cylinder.

• Make sure the safety control valve is in the OFF position.

• Turn the gas supply ON.

• In case of a leak, turn o the gas supply. Tighten any leaking ttings, then turn the gas supply on and re-check.

• Never leak test while smoking.

3.Assemble gas tank fixing belt.
Fix the gas tank fixing belt (J) to the 2pcs
of lower support (L) using 2pcs screw
M5x10(CC).

ATTENTION:
Ensure the gas tank fixing belt and wheel
assembly are on the same side.

Assemble the reflector (A) onto the top
plate assemble (B).
Screw the 3pcs stud (DD) on the top plate
assemble (B), put 3pcs flat washer (FF)
onto the top of stud (DD), then put the
reflector (A) on the stud (DD), secure them
with 3pcs flat washer (FF) and 3pcs wing
nut (EE).

6.Carefully install the glass tube (C) by lifting
up and inserting through the centre hole in
the top plate assemble (B). Ensure the black
silicone ring (F) is attached to the lower edge
of the glass tube (C) as illustrated. Slide the
glass tube (C) through the hole of the plate of
control box assemble (K). Check and ensure
that the glass tube (C) is positioned properly
and is completely covering the centre hole of
the plate of control box assemble (K).

7.Assembly the protective guard (E).

Hang the hooks of the protective guard
(E) onto the holes in upper support (D).
Secure the protective guards (E) with fixing
brackets (GG) with 4pcs Screw 3/16” (HH).

8. Assemble three side panels (G) to lower
support (L) using 18pcs screw 3/16”(HH).

Attention:

Do not cover the front side where the
control knob is.

9. Attach the knob (II) to front panel (H)
using screw M4x8 (KK) and large flat
washer (JJ).

Note: Put screw (KK) through

through the end link of the
retainer chain. Insert screw
into hole on front door panel
and attach the knob (II)

10. Connect the gas hose and regulator(I) using clip
and tighten with screwdriver.
Attach the regulator to the gas cylinder and tighten
with wrench/spanner(MM).
Place the propane gas tank (not included) on the
bottom plate (N).
Tighten the belt to ensure the propane gas tank is
fully secure.

Before performing a leak test, be sure that no sparks can occur and you are in a spacious outdoor area. Connect the butane
/ propane gas tank to the regulator and turn the valve on the unit to the “o” position. Brush a soap and water mixture on all
connections. Turn the gas supply on; if bubbles occur on any connection there may be a leak. If you smell gas or a leak is discovered
turn the gas valve o, disconnect propane gas tank and do not use the appliance until the leak is repaired.
Do not use the heating unit without inspecting the gas hose. If there are signs of wear or abrasion you must replace the hose (if
applicable).

TO TURN THE HEATER ON
WARNING: Please ensure the glass tube has not been damaged before operation

1. Ensure the variable control knob is in the OFF position

2. Connect the gas regulator to a compatible gas cylinder

3. Push and turn the variable control knob to the „Pilot „ position and hold for 60
seconds. Whilst still holding the control knob down, press the ignition button. A pilot
ame should appear.

4. Once the blue pilot ame stays alight constantly, let go of the variable knob.

5. Turn the variable control knob to the desired temperature position – Lo to Hi

IMPORTANT NOTE

• When lighting the heater for the rst time or a new cylinder is connected, the air
inside the hose must be purged. This process will take a few minutes as liqueed
petroleum gas is heavier than air.

• As a result the variable control knob should be pressed down at the Pilot position for
3 minutes instead of the normal 60 second period.

• This ensures the gas purges the air in the hose and passes from the cylinder through
to the main burner.

TO TURN THE HEATER OFF

1. Turn the variable control to the PILOT position

2. Push and turn the variable control knob to the OFF position

3. Turn the regulator connected to the gas cylinder to the OFF position

MAINTENANCE

• Before performing any maintenance always disconnect gas tank.

• Keep the heating item free and clear from combustible materials.

• Visually inspect burner for obstructions and keep tank enclosure free and clear from debris.

• Use a soft brush to get rid of the mild stains, loose dirt and soil after the burner is completely cooled down. Wipe down with

a soft cloth.

• Harsh weather conditions may cause stubborn stains, discoloration and possibly rust pitting.

• Permanent damage may occur if powder or solvent comes in contact with painted or plastic components on this heating unit.

• Keep the heating unit stored away from direct sunlight.

• If storing this unit inside, disconnect the gas tank from the gas valve.

• Not using manufacturer approved or supplied parts/accessories may result in a defective condition and void the warranty of

this heating unit.

• Always place lid (if applicable) or protective cover on heating item once cooled and when not in use.
