MinuteMan® Power Distribution units (PDu) – MMPD series
Building on the expertise and experience of over 25
years in the power protection industry, Para Systems, Inc.
developed the Minuteman® Power Distribution Unit (PDU)
with its traditional high quality and exceptional value.
The MMPD Series provides a comprehensive feature
set on its standard products usually found only on more
expensive or custom products. These include:

Longer power cords - Several Minuteman PDU units
have 15-ft power cords, eliminating the need for 6-,
8-, or 10-ft alternatives.
•
More standard outlets – Minuteman PDU units have 6, 8,
10, 14, 18, 20, or 24 outlets. Most of the Minuteman PDUs
have additional front outlets for improved access.
•
Conguration versatility - Minuteman PDU units have
a multi-form factor with 2U, 1U, and 0U congurations
allowing for either horizontal or vertical placement. 1U
products ship with a stand-off mounting bracket, at
no additional cost, that allows for vertical installation
on most racks and enclosures.
•
High standards - PDUs are listed with higher UL 60950-1
standards. MMPD Series is compatible with any data
center or network installation.

Cost effective - More outlets, longer cords and more
features are what make the MMPD Series the best
value today. The features are all standard with the
MMPD Series.

The MMPD line offers products ranging in capacity
from 15 to 30 Amps, in both vertical and horizontal
orientations, as well as models featuring surge suppression
and load metering. IP addressable control is available
with our remote power monitoring units.
Minuteman PDUs are housed in a sturdy, black, metal
case with heavy-duty outlets. The power cords are all
strain-relieved with molded plugs and use heavy-gauged
cables. All models have an external ground stud.

Minuteman PDUs with surge suppressors help protect

community, Minuteman surge suppressor products are UL
certied under the new UL 60950-1 rating. This rating assures
IT professionals that the units are compatible with the latest
data center and network installations. Additionally, the
Minuteman MMS Series surge suppression models have UL
1449 certication.
