1.Preface
Dear customer, please read this guide carefully before you use this product, and must
correctly set the ebike parameters step by step according to the manual. and the ebike
running infromation will auto record in the display, this type display only can match KT
series ebike controller.

help you to push bike easily.

3.1 Power On or OFF

4 General Settings
4.1 User Settings
User setting project of the KT_LED instrument: a. set the maximum riding speed; b. wheel
diameter selection of the vehicle (12-28 inch); c. the user can change the advanced options under
the guidance of professional and technical personnel. Use advanced options enable the motor,
controller as well as the instrumentation etc. to achieve the best match with each other.
4.2 Power ON and into the Setting Condition
Under shutdown mode, press the ON / OFF button to turn on the motor. Boot, press the ON / OFF
and MODE buttons for 3 seconds (within 5 seconds) after turning on to enter the LED setting
condition.
4.3 Set the Maximum Speed
After entering the setting state, first is to set the maximum speed. Then the LOW point flashes,
LED speed indicating disk flashes. Press respectively ON / OFF button and MODE button to adjust
the maximum riding speed (default speed is 25Km / h). Each time you press the button to adjust the
speed limit para -meters to increase or decrease 1Km / h. After the adjustment of the parameters, it
can be saved and exiT setting mode by keeping pressing the MODE button, also can enter the next
setting by pressing 6KM / H button.
4.4 The Wheel Diameter Setting
Press 6KM / H button to enter the parameter setting of the wheel diameter after the limit
parameters adjustment of the vehicle. Then the MED indicator and LED speed disk indicator flash.
The first LED indicator of the speed indicator corresponds to 12-inch of the wheel diameter,
thesecond one corresponds to the 14-inch wheel diameter, and the 16-inch, 18 inch, 20 inch, 22
inch, 24 inch, 26 inch, 700c and 28 inch all goes in this turn, the tenth LED corresponds to 28-inch
wheel diameter. Press respectively ON / OFF button and the MODE button so as to select the
correspond-ing wheel diameter of the vehicle to ensure the accuracy of the instrument speed
display and the maximum speed limitation. After the adjustment of the wheel diameter, it can be
saved and exit setting mode by keeping pressing the MODE button, also can enter the next setting
by pressing 6KM / H button.

You can set the ebike Max limit speed, Wheel size , Speed unit, speed parameter
,motor parameter,assist mode,throttle mode, battery parameter via this process.
There have to methods to set the LED display, Methond 1 is set by Display butt
-ons step by step as the manual, Methond 2 is the set prarameter of LED display
can download from LCD display your aleady setted , and this method is easyer
than the fisrt method.
Warning: If you are not a professional technician,please don't change any
advance parameters as below .
1. Set Method 1
1.1.Enter advanced setup interface
A.,The advanced setup is not accessible unless firstly enter the general setup menu
(such as velocity-limitation parameter, wheel diameter parameter, metric or English unit
selection).
B.Press the button SW to stop the three common parameters from flashing.
C.Press the button UP and DOWN synchronously for 2 seconds to enter the advanced
option setup interface.
1.2.Set advanced option parameter P1
P1 is motor character parameter, and equals to reduction ratio multiplied by rotor aln
-ico number.,If decimal fraction appears, round off first.,After enter the advanced setup
interface, it is found that the parameter P1 flashes, you could use the button UP and
DOWN to adjust the P1.
1.3 .Set advanced option parameter P2
P2 is motor velocity signal pulse parameter.After set the P1,short-press the button SW
to set the parameter P2.If the wheel rotates one time, the pulse equals one, then P2 is
set as one ,if the wheel rotates one time, the pulse equals six, then P2 is set as six. If the
motor is not equipped withvelocity signal outputting function, you could set the PS as 0.
Attention:if P2 is set as zero ,the following defect maybe appear ,when the motor stop
rotating or the internal rotor rotates slower than the external rotor, the velocity indicated
on the apparatus may be incorrect.
1.4.Set advanced option parameter P3
The P3 default setting is zero, power-aided mode is five speedy grade. If the P3 is set as
one, it indicates that the power-aided mode is five-grade torque drive mode.Parameter
should be determined according to the function of the controller, the setting method is as
same asdescribed here in before. All the advanced option parameter setup finishes, longpress the button SW to save the settings and exit.
1.5. Set the Advanced Parameters P4
P4 is the startup mode of the switch-handle. P4 equals to 1, indicating a non-zero startup
mode of the switch-handle (that is to say the switch-handle can only be effective after the
start of the pedalpower). When P4 equals to 0, it means the switch-handle is on zero startup
mode, (that is to say the switch-handle can start the motor directly).
1.6. Set the Advanced Parameters P5

P5 is the power monitoring mode. P5 equals to 0, indicating the power monitor is
under the mode of "immediate voltage". In other word, it is the method to judge
the battery power according to the immediate voltage of the battery. When P5
equalsto a specified parameter, the battery monitoris under the mode of "smart
power" (the parameter is determined on the basis of the battery characteristics,
it is generally between 4-11 for the common 24V lithium, and 5_15 for 36V
lithium).
1.7. Parameter Saving
Press on SW key for long time to save and exit the condition of configuration
parameters at the same time after the adjustment of the configuration
parameter.
2. Method 2
The prarameter of LED display can download from LCD display your
aleady setted , lED and LCD connect with a download wire.
Step 1 Connect 36V battery or 36V Power supply on the download wire
