B
oth the Series 1 and Mini 1 saws share a number of design features that make
them the most durable and easily maintained push saws available. The quick release blade collars make it easy to install and remove the blades, eliminating arbor damage caused by not adequately tightening the arbor nut.
The tough welded box design reduces vibration and provides the most stable sawing platform in the industry. This boxed design is a Miller original and eliminates the “frame twist” that is common in saws of lighter construction. This construction minimizes blade bounce resulting in longer blade life and improved cutting performance.
The quick disconnect bushings used on the arbor shaft and motor output shaft allow the sheaves to be easily removed, even after years of service. The laminar flow water system optimizes water flow on the blade. This improved water system reduces spray while delivering more water where the blade meets the surface.
