Processes
Stick (SMAW) Welding
TIG (GTAW) Welding
Air Carbon Arc (CAC-A) Cutting and Gouging
Flux Cored (FCAW) and MIG (GMAW) Spray Transfer with Voltage-Sensing Feeder
Features Benefits
MagAmp technology
Eight welding modules
Multiple capabilities
Steel frame 115 VAC duplex receptacle
MagAmp technology provides good arc and puddle control and offers years of reliable operation. The tough mechanical components handle the most demanding work environments.
Each module offers up to 300 amps output, or parallel modules for extra welding power. Each module can be connected for either DC straight or reverse polarity.*
The Mark VIII-2 can handle Stick, DC-TIG welding, and wire welding (FCAW and MIG) with a voltage-sensing feeder. You can also use this one unit for Air Carbon Arc cutting and gouging.
Rugged and durable enclosure protects system and simplifies transportation of eight welding arcs. Supplies 10 amps of auxiliary power.
