PipeWorx Feeder Cart
1. Safety Symbol Definitions

Warning! Watch Out! There are possible hazards as
shown in the adjoining symbols.
Beware of electric shock from wiring. Disconnect input
power before moving cart.
Tipping equipment can cause injury and damage
equipment. Do not move cart where two wheels are at
different heights and cart could tip − avoid tipping. Be
careful when moving unit over uneven surfaces.
Wear safety glasses with side shields.
2. Cart Package
Trailers /Running Gear
Falling equipment can cause serious personal injury and
equipment damage. Use lifting eye to lift unit only, not
trailer, gas cylinders, or any other accessories. Use
equipment of adequate capacity to lift unit or parts such
as engine or generator.
Falling equipment can cause injury and damage, oversized cylinder can cause tipping. Properly install and secure all equipment onto cart before using cart. Always
secure or remove any tools stored on cart before moving
unit. Do not lift cart in any manner when equipment and/or
cylinder(s) are installed − use handles to move cart. Do
not overload handles with cables − use standard 10 to 15
foot cables as maximum lengths.

Carton contains 2 wheels, 1 angle
bracket, 1 cable hanger bracket, and a
hardware bag.

2 Axle
3 Vertical Support (4)
4 Handle Assembly
Remove 2 screws that hold handle
assembly to top shelf.
5 Top Shelf
6 Bottom Shelf
Remove 4 lag bolts that hold bottom shelf
to skid.

4. Installing Axle And Wheels
. Use a knife to
clean paint from
retaining ring
groove in axle.

3 Flat Washer
4 Retaining Ring
Install axle in bottom shelf.

Place a supplied flat washer, wheel
and a second flat washer on axle
as shown. Secure wheel to axle
with supplied retaining ring.
Install the remaining wheel using the
same procedure as the first wheel.

Install vertical supports to bottom
shelf using the supplied 10-32
screws.

6. Installing Top Shelf
. Do not install the 2 top
screws until handle
assembly is installed
to top shelf.

Install top shelf to vertical
supports using the supplied 10-32
screws.

shelf using the supplied 10-32
screws.
Install angle bracket to top shelf
using the supplied 10-32 screws.
Install cable hanger to top shelf
using the supplied 10-32 screws.
