✔ With a compact and lightweight design at only 1,029 lbs/467 kg (TrailblazerPro), 910 lbs/412 kg
(PipePro), a smaller truck can be used, and related transportation costs will be reduced. Low height allows
the driver to see over the machine when mounted on a truck bed and the machine fits sideways in a standard pickup.

✔ Excellent multi-process weld performance with
high-performance, 4-pole, 3-phase generator that
produces a smooth and stable welding arc in all
processes: Stick, MIG, FCAW, and AC and DC
TIG.
✔ NEW! Arc Drive - a patent pending active DIG
control in the stick process that enhances E6010
pipe welding without compromising E7018 performance.
✔ Weld at idle lock switch allows up to 180 amps of
Stick/TIG welding at low speed to reduce fuel consumption, noise, engine wear and emissions, and
also allows for low speed engine starting.
✔ 12,000 watts (peak) of AC auxiliary power is
regulated to provide constant, strong auxiliary
power and very good motor starting characteristics. Power is independent of weld control settings
so that the correct voltage is available at all times.
PipePro™304
✔ Excellent multi-process arc performance. Stick
welding (uphill and downhill) is unbelievable with
excellent control on the bead (root), hot pass, fill
and cap. The DIG control changes a soft arc to a
stiff forceful arc that prevents electrode sticking.
Lift-Arc TIG allows DC welding without the use of
an HF unit for x-ray quality starts. The MIG arc will
run short arc, globular, spray and pulsed spray
modes and you get excellent results using any
wire or flux core in the field. Inductance control
customizes the puddle for maximum performance.
✔ Patented WELD AT IDLE up to 5kw of weld
power (225A @ 23V, 170A @ 30V), and when
more power is needed machine automatically
goes to high speed with no change in the arc.
✔ 12,000 watts of voltage-regulated single-and
three-phase auxiliary power allows electric
welders and plasma cutters to be plugged into the
unit allowing, multiple arcs to be run at the same
time.
