TERMS & CONDITIONS: 2018 ULTRACLEAN PROMOTION
Terms and Conditions of 2018 Miele® UltraClean 2018 Promotion. (1) This promotional oer (the “Voucher”) from Miele,
Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Miele”), provides a complimentary (1) box of UltraWhite detergent (retail value $29.95), or,
30% o one (1) box of UltraWhite and three (3) bottles of UltraColor (combined discount retail value $26.99), when the customer purchases one Miele® W1 Washing Machine model WWF 060 WCS (an “Eligible Appliance”). (2) After purchase of
the Eligible Appliance and its registration at http://mielestore.com/promos/clean2018, the customer will either have the option
to receive a complimentary (1) box of UltraWhite or a code for redemption at www.mielestore.com for 30% o one (1) box
of UltraWhite and three (3) bottles of UltraColor (the “Discount Code”). (3) The Voucher only applies to the Eligible Appliance and shall not apply to any taxes (including sales tax), or any other out-of-pocket expenses. (4) Only end users (customers)
may benet from the Voucher. The Voucher shall not apply to wholesale buyers or any person or legal entity who oers for
resale, or resells, the Eligible Appliance; when used, or attempted to be used, in connection with such transaction, the Voucher
shall automatically be void. (5) The Voucher shall be valid for Eligible Appliances purchased only at participating Miele Experience Centers, at participating authorized Miele dealers or online through participating authorized Miele dealers’ websites.

htm. (6) The Voucher shall not be applied at the time of purchase of the Eligible Appliance. (7) To receive the Detergent(s)
and redeem the Voucher, the customer shall register his or her Eligible Appliance with Miele and select their desired detergent
oer.(8) All Voucher claims shall be submitted online at http://mielestore.com/promos/clean2018 on or before date set forth
on the Voucher; please allow 6-8 weeks for processing of the Voucher and shipment of the Detergent(s) to the customer. (9)
To qualify for the Voucher, the Eligible Appliances must be purchased during the Voucher’s redemption’s period of November
1st, 2018 through the December 31st, 2021 (the “Redemption Period”). (10) Purchases made on or before November 1st,
2018 shall not qualify for the Voucher. Purchases made on or before November 1st, 2018, and subsequently cancelled and
reissued during the Redemption Period shall not qualify for the Voucher. Purchases made during the Redemption Period and
subsequently cancelled and reissued after the Redemption Period shall not qualify for the Voucher. (11) In the event any of
the Eligible Appliances are returned to Miele or a Miele dealer after any of the Detergent(s) have been delivered, the Voucher
and/or the Detergent(s) shall be forfeited and must be refunded to Miele in their entirety at the customer’s expense together
with shipping charges and a charge of $29.95 for the one (1) box of UltraWhite detergent, or, $26.99 discounted retail value
for the 30% discount of one (1) box of UltraWhite and three (3) bottles of UltraColor detergents. (12) The customer shall
be eighteen (18) years or older. (13) The Voucher shall be voidable at any time at Miele’s discretion. (14) No substitutions
by the customer shall be allowed; however, Miele may at any time substitute the Detergent(s) with any product of equal or
greater value. (15) By registering the Eligible Appliance, the customer hereby agrees to permit Miele to contact him or her
with marketing emails at a later time. Customers may opt-out of such emails pursuant to the terms of Miele’s Privacy Policy
(https://www.mieleusa.com/domestic/privacy-policy-3762.htm) or by unsubscribing per email instructions. (16) The Voucher
is only available to residents of the fty (50) states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia. The Voucher
is not valid for residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other territories or possessions of the United States
of America. (17) Any misrepresentation by the customer placing the order, whether innocent or fraudulent, shall disqualify
him or her from the Voucher and further rebates oered by Miele; Miele reserves its right to refer such person for civil and/or
criminal prosecution. (18) In no event shall Miele be liable for more than the value of the Voucher. (19) Miele may amend or
discontinue the Voucher at any time with or without notice, including after an order is placed. (20) The above terms and conditions are severable and, if one or more provisions shall not be valid under applicable law, the remainder shall be enforceable
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
