E 942/3 injector module for pipettes
Items supplied:
1 x E 942/3 injector module, H 279, W 558, D 352 mm
The water intake level must be increased for the relevant reprocessing programmes.
Areas of application:
This injector module is used in the lower level of the E 941 mobile unit.
Up to 116 pipettes up to 580 mm in height can be processed in this injector module.
Each compartment in the holder frame measures 16 x 16 mm.
The pipettes must not be allowed to touch each other. To give the pipettes more space, it may be necessary to place fewer pipettes in the injector module.
This injector module should only be used for processing laboratory glassware which has been declared as suitable for machine processing by the glassware manufacturer.
Please observe the Warning and Safety instructions in the Operating Instructions for your washer-disinfector as well as any instructions provided by the glassware manufacturer.
Any broken glassware can cause serious injury.
All glassware should be properly inspected and tested for cleanliness. Do not rely on a visual check alone.
Placing pipettes into the injector module:
With the pointed end facing downwards, place each pipette through the grid into the corresponding holder in the base.
Bulb pipettes:
If the a pipette does not fit through the grid, the lower shaft of the pipette must be long enough for the tip to reach the holder in the base.
