Thank you for purchasing the SNE Universal Vertical Power Bracket option by Middle Atlantic
Products. Please read these instructions thoroughly before installing or assembling this product.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Includes all hardware needed for any SNE series rackrail bracket style.

• Accepts any button mount style power strips (Legrand, Raritan, ServerTech, etc.)

• Mounting holes allows for mounting of PDT, and other Vertical power

• #2 Phillips Screwdriver

INTRODUCTION

NOTE:

• Exact mounting position may vary based on your specific power and cabling installation.

• Ensure any hooks on the back of your UVPB remain clear of your rackrail brackets for a flush fit.

•

Cage nuts provided for optional mounting of vertical items in square holes where button pattern

is not applicable.

INSTALLING UNIVERSAL VERTICAL POWER BRACKET 42 RU

1. Slide a spring nut (B) into the top unistrut
channel on one side of your enclosure’s
interior as shown. (FIGURE B)

2. Use a 10-32x 1¾" Flathead Phillips screw
(C) through a hole in the top location on
your universal vertical power bracket and
into the spring nut (B).

3. Repeat the previous steps for the

remaining unistrut channels in your
enclosure.

TIP: Work from the top unistrut channel down.

NOTE: All screws should be

insterted by hand for each unistrut
channel for adjustments and
tightened later to ensure ease of
installation.

4. Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to

tighten all screws.

INSTALLING UNIVERSAL VERTICAL POWER BRACKET 45 RU

1. Hook the top of the Universal Vertical
Power Bracket to the top unistrut on
the enclosure. (FIGURE C)

2. Slide a spring nut (B) into the second

unistrut channel on one side of your
enclosure’s interior as shown. (FIGURE B)

3. Use a 10-32x 1¾" Flathead Phillips screw
(C) through a hole in the second location
on your universal vertical power bracket
and into the spring nut (B).

4. Repeat the previous steps for the remaining
unistrut channels in your enclosure.

TIP: Work from the top unistrut channel down.

NOTE: All screws should be

insterted by hand for each unistrut
channel for adjustmnents and
tightened later to ensure ease of
installation.

5. Use a screwdriver to
tighten all screws.
