GROMMET MOUNTING
NOTE: If using grommet hole for wire management,
position assembly with cutout in line with wires before tightening assembly in place.
Countersinks must face out.

1. Insert long carriage bolt (N) through adapter plate (C) as shown. (FIGURE A)
2. Attach adapter plate (C) to pole base (F) using (4x) flat head screws (M) and tighten using 4mm hex key (Q) as shown.
3. Apply (4x) adhesive pads (J) around the bottom of adapter plate (C) evenly spaced.
4. Insert pole base assembly into grommet hole in work surface. Using grommet plate (D) and knob (G), tighten base securely to work surface.

 Attach pole base (F) to clamp assembly (A) using (4x) flat head screws (M) and tighten using
4mm hex key (Q) as shown. (FIGURE B)
 Apply (x) adhesive pads (J) around the bottom of clamp bracket (A) evenly spaced.
 Slide assembly over work surface and tighten securely in place.

1. Insert short carriage bolt (L) into cup mount plate (E) as shown. (FIGURE C)
2. Attach cup mount plate (E) to pole base (F) using (4x) flat head screws (M) and tighten using
4mm hex key (Q) as shown.
3. Apply (4x) adhesive pads (J) over each screw head.
4. Select the mount location along the back of the ViewPoint console frame and remove protective dustcap nearest to your desired mount position and thread the base assembly into frame tightening base down securely.
Countersinks must face out.

MOUNTING THE ARM ASSEMBLY TO THE POLE BASE
1. Insert arm assembly (Z) into pole base (F).
2. Tighten set screws in the pole base (F) against the arm assembly (Z).
NOTE: If set screws (shipped in the pole base) do not contact the outer diameter of the pole when tightened but are instead
lined up to reach into the pole channels, replace the set screws with the longer set screws (H). (See Figure D)
(MM3-C-330 ONLY) INSTALLING THE CENTER MOUNT
1. Slide center mount (AA) into column grooves at desired mounting height. Tighten two screws (one on top and one on bottom of center mount) to secure center mount (AA) to column. (See Figure E)
2. Install pole cap (AB) to top of column. (See Figure E)

MM3-C-420 ONLY: INSTALLING ADD-ON ARM ASSEMBLIES
1. Loosely install two #10-24 x 5/8" flat head cap screws (AE) through holes on each add-on arm assembly (AC)
and into two #10-24 square nuts (AD). (See Figure F)
2. Remove pole cap from column. (See Figure G)
3. Slide add-on arms (AC) down into column grooves at desired mounting height. Tighten two screws on base of
each arm to secure add-on arms (AC) to column. (See Figure G)
4. After all arms have been installed, re-install pole cap to top of pole.

DISPLAY INSTALLATION
1. Remove quick release faceplate from mount by pulling quick release lever and sliding faceplate up and off mount. (See Figure H)

2. Carefully place display face down on protective surface.
3. Connect faceplate to display
For flush mounting hole installation:
Using Phillips screwdriver, carefully install four M4x10mm screws (T) through corresponding holes on
faceplate and into the mounting holes on the display. (See Figure I)
For recessed mounting hole installation:
Place four spacers (W) on top of mounting holes on back of display. (See Figure I)
Using Phillips screwdriver, carefully install four M4x20mm screws (U) through corresponding holes on
faceplate, spacers (W) and into the mounting holes on the display. (See Figure I)

4. Position display with faceplate attached above mount. (See Figure J)
5. Slide faceplate onto mounting head until quick release tab clicks into place. (See Figure J)

ADJUSTMENTS
Pitch Adjustment
1. Adjust pitch to desired tilt position. (See Figure K)
2. Adjust pitch tension screw to change the adjustment tension. (See Figure K)
Pivot Adjustment
3. Adjust pivot position as desired. (See Figure K)
4. Use 3/16” hex key (Y) to adjust pivot point tension screws to change pivot adjustment tension. (See Figure K)

Rotational Adjustment
NOTE: (OPTIONAL) Rotational adjustment may be locked by installing rotational locking screw (V) into back of
faceplate. (See Figure L)
5. The monitor may be adjusted 90 degrees in either direction in order to provide a portrait view of the monitor. (See Figure L)
6. Use 3/16” hex key (Y) to adjust rotational adjustment screw to adjust rotational tension. (See Figure L)
Lift Arm Tension Adjustment
1. Tension may be adjusted with tension adjustment screw inside cable management cover and 1/8” hex key (X). Turn clockwise to reduce tension or counter-clockwise to increase tension. (See Figure M)

DISPLAY REMOVAL
WARNING: Only remove display from mount when the display can be lifted up from the mount! DO NOT remove
display unless the display is in the upright position! (See Figure N)
1. Make sure display is in the upright position.
2. Remove quick release faceplate from mount by pulling quick release lever and sliding faceplate up and off mount. (See Figure N)

PIVOT ADJUSTMENT RANGE

1. Adjust arm angle as desired up to 90 degrees in either direction. (See Figure P)
WARNING: Swinging the arm beyond 90 degrees may result in the mount slipping off the surface causing serious injury!

1. Adjust arm angles as desired within a 90 degree range from the pivot point of the arm and a perpendicular centerline of mount. (See Figure Q)

CABLE MANAGEMENT
1. Press insides of cable management covers at both ends to unhinge tabs on either end of cable management cover on upper arm. (See Figure R)
2. Lift cable management cover up until tabs are unhinged and cover is in the “open” position. (See Figure R)
3. Route cables through cable management channels. (See Figure S)
IMPORTANT ! : Be sure to leave enough slack in the cables near display and arm joint to allow for full arm
articulation!
4. Close cable management covers on monitor arm. (See Figure S)
5. Repeat Steps 1-4 for lower arm.
6. (OPTIONAL) Route through cable clip on column. (See Figure T)
