Introduction

With the Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-607, you can make and answer calls hands-free with your compatible mobile device. The headset is provided with noise cancellation that helps you handle calls in noisy environments.

Read this user guide carefully before using the headset. Also, read the user guide for the device that you connect to the headset.

My own key

The headset has a shortcut key that you can set to perform different

functions on a compatible Nokia device using the Nokia Accessory Configuration Application. With the application, you can also view headset information and define headset settings. For details, read the built-in help of the application.

If the application is not already installed in your mobile device, check the availability of the application for your device from the support pages of this headset at www.nokia.com/ support or your local Nokia website.

If the application is not available for your Nokia device model, you can use the shortcut key to mute the microphone during a call.

Bluetooth wireless technology

Bluetooth wireless technology allows you to connect compatible devices

without cables. The headset and the other device do not need to be in line of sight, but they should be within 10 metres (33 feet) of each other. Connections may be subject to interference from obstructions, such as walls, or other electronic devices.

Get started

The headset contains the following parts shown on the title page: power key (1), volume key (2), My own key (3), answer/end key (4), microphones (5), indicator light (6), charger connector (7), earloop (8), and earpiece (9).

Before using the headset, you must charge the battery and pair the headset with a compatible device.

Parts of the device are magnetic. Metallic materials may be attracted to the device. Do not place credit cards or other magnetic storage media near the device,
