The print system MICROPLEX iF60C is a color continuous printer
based on inkjet technology using 5 ink cartridges (C, M, Y, K, K).
A five channel printhead with 70400 nozzles is used to process the
water based dye inks; the printhead width is 8.77 inch.
The maximum print resolution is 1600 x 800 dots per inch; 1600 dpi
is corresponding to about 63 pixels per mm.
The print speed is up to 60 pages (A4) per minute.
Exclusively continuous media and fanfold media with sprocket holes
can be used for the tractor guiding. The media thickness has to be
within the allowed range from 0.13 mm to 0.33 mm. The maximum
material width is 9.5 inches, the printable width is 8.77 inches.
For this print system a stacker is available as an option.
The accurate and safe tractor feeding enables you to use different
paper types and label materials with a weight from 80 to 180 g/m².
The integrated cutter can be used for automatic job separation.
This print system is suitable for full color label production on demand
with variable data. The device allows to print color labels for multiple
applications using batch printing.

- The chosen location should be dust-free and well ventilated.
- Damaging environmental factors such as metal vapors, organic gas
(for example ammonia), oil mist, corroding lixivium or the like must
not come in contact with the printer.
- Position the printer on solid and level ground.
- Do not expose the printer to shocks or vibrations.
- The printer should not be located near volatile or combustible
materials (e.g. a curtain).
- Before operating the device the printer has to be levelled exactly.
The printer’s first installation has to be done by a trained service
engineer.
- The printer must always remain levelled — every moving of the printer
causes the necessity of new levelling .
- Avoid locating the printer close to an air current ( e.g. ventilators)
and care for no exhaust gas from the machine is directly applied to
humans.
- The printer should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
- Do not expose the printer to abrupt temperature changes.
- In order to run the printer reliably, please maintain the following
environmental conditions:
Temperature: +15°C to +25°C (59°F to 77°F)
with temperature variation not exceeding
10°C per hour.
Relative humidity: 35% to 70% operating
with humidity variation not exceeding
20% per hour.
After moving the printer allow all components of the device and the
consumables to reach the new environmental conditions.
- Please connect the power plug to
100 - 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz
- The power source must be properly grounded.
