20
* Control settings: You can set the end of the scan code information with a line break or carriage return, you can also control the lighting switch;
* Scan code mode: It can be adjusted to single mode or interval mode. The same two-dimensional code will not be recognized continuously under single mode. The scan interval time can be set under interval mode. The default is 300 milliseconds.
* Scanning behavior: the scanning feedback can be configured as buzzer, turn off the light, and flash red light. You can also configure the buzzer delay and the flash delay time;
* Device number and brightness adjustment: You can configure the device number and adjust the brightness of the light;
* Scan code output format settings: Can be set to char type turn hex (forward and reverse order), char (hexadecimal characters) to hex (forward and reverse order), decimal system to pvid (reverse sequence) and direct output of seven kinds , The default is direct output.
(3)NFC Options:

* NFC switch: Control whether to turn on the NFC function, check it and turn it on;
* Output start bit and output length: You can set the length of the output start bit and output data when reading the card.
* NFC prefix-suffix settings: You can set the card prefix and suffix to char or hex, you can also set the content of the prefix and suffix;
* Post-swipe card reaction: Can set the post-swipe card feedback as buzzer, lights off, flashing red or green light;
* Swipe card output format settings: Can be configured for direct output, data transfer to hexadecimal output or data to decimal output;
* Swipe card output forward and reverse settings: You can set the normal and reverse order of regular card and ID card.

(4)WIFI Options:
Table 3-7 Wifi configuration
* Wi-Fi output mode: Can be configured into four output methods, namely TCP, HTTP, TCP protocol and HTTP protocol, in the protocol mode, the data transmission format will be in accordance with the Microlight wifi transmission protocol;
* Network transmission behavior: You can configure the feedback of transmission success and failure after scanning the code;
* Wifi connection setting: You can configure the connected wifi name and wifi password;
* Heartbeat settings: Heartbeat packet function can be set, heartbeat packets only work in TCP environment;
* Network Configuration: Configure the server's address, port number, and timeout period.
Chapter IV Application configuration
Direct connection configuration: After the modification of the configuration item is completed,
click Save Configuration. The save success message indicates that the configuration takes effect
after the device is powered off and restarted. Note that this configuration can be used only in the
USB connection mode;
Scan code configuration: After the configuration item is modified, click Generate QR Code on the
left to generate the configuration code. After the device scans the generated configuration code, it

can be configured to power off and restart. This configuration does not require device connection
configuration. tool.
USB Communication Setting
Connect the device directly to the computer U through the data cable. The device defaults to the analog keyboard output. You can open the text or cursor position to scan code output, as shown below:
Table 4-1
Serial port Communication Setting
For computers that do not have their own serial port, needs to connect the device to your computer through USB-serial port connection.

After completing the above settings,open serial port to cursor output program (Internet downloads, does not belong to the standard). As shown below:

Table 4-3 Serial debugging tools
During use, the serial port cursor output tool must be kept in the running state; otherwise, it cannot be output normally.
TTL Communication Setting
The device can be connected to the computer via a TTL to USB module.

After completing the above settings, open the serial port to the cursor output program (Internet download, does not belong to the standard) as shown below:

During use, the serial port cursor output tool must be kept in the running state; otherwise, it cannot be output normally.
Chapter V Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods
1, Using serial devices, receive data all 0 / garbled?
The serial port of the client receives data all 0 / full FF / garbled. There are usually several possibilities. It can remind the customer:
a. Is the baud rate /stop bit /check bit set correctly?
b. Is the serial TX / RX pin reversed?
c. Are both sides common ground? Is GND connected together?
d. When the multimeter measures, is the TX / RX pin in the cable shorted or broken?
e. Is the cable too long?
2, USB interface can output Chinese, traditional and other special characters? What are the limitations of various communication interface outputs?
Page 26
25
USB keyboard mode can only output letters, numbers, punctuation;
USB secondary development mode can output any character without any restrictions (development mode needs to be configured).
USB keyboard output (see above) and Wiegand output have restrictions, other interfaces have no restrictions, can output text, Chinese, traditional, special characters and even binary.
3, Android platform USB keyboard output, data will be lost.
Android system has anti-invalid input interference judgment. If the trigger time of 2 buttons is too short, it will be judged as illegal input. Therefore, the configuration tool should be used to set the press and raise time setting over 10ms.
If you are using it on Android, it is not recommended to output directly through USB. It is better to use serial/secondary development.
4. Why does the device not give corresponding feedback after the network device sends the return value according to the communication protocol?
1. Confirm whether the server can receive the data. If yes, whether the protocol mode is modified or not, the feedback behavior of the network device is implemented based on the protocol. Only in the protocol mode can it work normally.
2. The successful transmission behavior we configure in the configuration tool essentially refers to the entire process of scanning data from the scanner, uploading the server, and receiving the return value given by the server. If the successful instruction is sent directly, obviously it cannot be determined as It is a successful transmission behavior.
5. When using a network device, the server can receive data, but it still fails after returning the return value.
The network device has a timeout period. The default setting is two seconds. If the server sends a return value to the device and the interval between scanning the data exceeds this time, the device will determine that the return value will be received. This transmission is a failure. The cause of this phenomenon is generally due to the poor network environment. The solution is to properly adjust the timeout period. It should be noted that the timeout period is set to a maximum of 5 seconds.
6, The device can not connect the configuration tool, but the scan code output is normal.
At present, the new TX devices configuration tool cannot be used in common with the old TX.
Please confirm whether the device version is 5.5.X or 1.3.X, and then select the corresponding
version of the configuration tool.
In addition, it should be noted that the new version of the configuration tool currently does not
have a serial port tool and can only be directly connected through a USB connection to the
computer. If the serial port device needs to be configured, it can only be configured by scanning
code.
