Question
1. Unable to read temperature: The connection between the NC and the PLC controller is
abnormal.
Solution
1. Restart machine.
2. Check if the network cable between the NC and PLC controller is normal.

Error message 2
Question
1. Temperature out of range: Operating range of temperature over -50~200℃.
2. The numbers 1~8 are 1~8 sensor.
Solution
1. Check if the temperature of the measurement position exceeds the operating
temperature range. If it is. The thermal compensator stops working.
2. If the temperature is within the normal operating temperature range then replace the
temperature sensor.

1. Temperature value interference: The temperature sensor has noise.
2. The numbers 1~8 are 1~8 sensor.
Solution
1. Check the machine for ground.
2. Replace the temperature sensor.
