ASSEMBLY
Before using this appliance please read and fully understand the safety directions in this manual. Ensure that you know how to operate the appliance.
Package includes one heater, one set of feet and one manual.
Unpack the appliance
Fit the two feet to the bottom of the heater as shown below. Ensure the feet are attached as shown for
stability. The extended foot (shaped like a U) is to be placed towards the front of the oil heater. This will ensure the heater is not easily tipped over.
Warning! The feet must be connected to the bottom of the heater with the control panel at the top. Failure to do this will result in serious damage to the heater
OPERATION
Check the heater is correctly fitted with the base stands Connect the supply plug to a suitable 230V ~ 50Hz outlet and switch on Select the desired thermostat setting Select the desired heat setting
Heat setting I gives 600watts of power
Heat setting II gives 900watts of power
Both heat settings combined gives 1500watts of power
The power ON lights will glow when the heating cycle is on.

Warning! When not in use or before cleaning, always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply
Warning! Do not splash with liquids. Do not allow the appliance supply plug and cord to get wet or be immersed in any liquid.
Warning! Disconnect from the mains supply and switch off when not in use. Warning! In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

Young children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

SERVICE & OIL
Refer all servicing to qualified personal. This appliance has no user servicing parts or requirements. Return the appliance to the retailer if it is damaged in any way or not operating properly along with your receipt of purchase. Warning! This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer or its service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leak. Warning! When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil. Examine the appliance frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are such signs or if the appliance has been misused return it to the retailer prior to any further use for checking. Store the appliance along with the manual and accessories together in a dry place.
WARRANTY
Retain your receipt as proof of purchase. If for any reason the appliance does not function correctly or shows signs of damage please stop using immediately and return it immediately to the retailer. This product is covered by a 12 month warranty by Harvey Norman (NZ) PTY Ltd. This warranty does not exclude any obligations to the consumer covered by the NZ Consumers guarantee act.
