Buttons

Power key: To power off M4tel SS1080, press and

hold po we r key for a few seconds, then tap the options
to confirm. When M4tel SS1080 is on, press the power
key once to activate or deactivate the scr een .

Screen

M4tel SS1080 features a larger 4.7" IPS screen with
1280*720 Res olution. Which make y our phone looks
fascinating.

Screen lock

You can inc rease the security of your phone by
selecting screen lock .Screen lock settings can be
found under “Settings”>“Security”> “Screen lock”.

Customize home screen

In s tandby mode , touch and hold an empty area to add
set wallpapers. You can also remove items from the
home screen, move items, add items to home screen
to customize the home screen.

Camera

SS1080 is equipped with 8.0 cameras and a
camcorder, which are designed for you to share
wonderf ul mo ments with frie nds a nd family.

Adjust focus, exposure, zoom in or zoom out, switch
between cameras and switch betwee n the functions by
flipping the ic on on the screen.

Internet

You can enjoy networ k by selecting 3 G, WLAN, GSM.
Enjoy music, videos, apps and news anywhere and
anytime as you like.

Make a call

You can make a call under the interface of Call log,
contact s, f a vo rites, message (which contains a phone
number). In standby mode, press call key to make a
call.

Messaging

Touch and hold the te x t box to select an input method.
You can ins ert smiley, picture, audio or video files and
send to multiple recipients.

Email

Th e em ail app enables you to read, com pose and send
emails, and is configured to wor k with all t he major
email providers. M4tel SS1080 supports multiple
account mode, and you won’t miss any email.

Music

M4tel SS1080 supports various music f ormats,
different sound effects and 4 categorizing, i.e. Artists,
Albums, Songs and Playlists.

Videos

Photos

You will f ind it v ery easy to view all the photo s. Flick
right or left to move among images. Double-tap or
pinch the phot o to zoom. You c an edit, share, print,
and more.

Intelligent keyboard

M4tel SS1080 automatically corrects and suggests
words as you type, and it also supports voice input.

Cut, copy, and paste

Touc h and hold text content to bring up the magnifying
glass, and then slide your finger to move the insertion
points. Then tap to cut, copy, or paste. It is very easy to
copy text from web pages, email, or text messages.

Map

You can view satellite images or street map with
detailed route instructio ns just as you are walking in
the street. Th e M ap app can b e used to locate yourself,
view real-time traffic c onditions, pedestrian, bus r outes
or car driving ro ute instructions.

This mobile phone co mp lies with par t 15 of the FCC
Rules. Operation is subject to the following tw o
condit ions: (1) This device may not cause har mful
interference, and (2) this device must accept a ny
interfere nce received, includi ng interferenc e that may
cause unde si red operati on.

pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules . These limits are
designed to provide reasonable prot ection against

RF Exposure Information (SAR)

This model phone meets the government’s
requirements for exposure to radio waves.

This phone is des igned and ma nufactured not to
exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio
frequency (RF ) ener gy set by the Federal
Communications Commission of the U.S. Government.

The exposure standard for wireless mobile phones
employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific
Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the
FCC is 1 .6W/kg. *Tests for SAR are conducted using
sta ndard operat ing posi tions accepted by the FCC with
the phone transmitting at its highest certified power
level in all t ested frequency bands. Although the SAR
is determined at the highest certified power level, the
actua l SAR level of the phone w hile operating can be
well below the maximum value. This is be c aus e the

phone is des igned to operate at multi ple power le ve ls
so as to use only the poser required to r eac h the
network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless
base station antenna, the lower the power output.

The highest SAR value for the model phone as
reported t o the FCC w hen tested for use at the ear is

0.43W/kg and when wor n on the body, as des c ribed in
this user guide, is 0.92W/kg (Body-worn
measure ments differ among phone models, depending
upon a va ilable enhancements and FCC requirements.)

all meet the government requirement.
