INSTRUCTIONS

FOR USE

• Module consists of: 1 shelf, 3 slides, 30 labels and 15 hooks.

• Each shelf can accommodate up to 5 slides, hold up to 75 lbs. (34kg.) and is easily removable.

• Each slide can hold up to 10 hooks and support up to 25 lbs. (11.4kg).

• Each hook can hold up to 5 lb. (2.3kg) and is positioned in the slide at 90° intervals. Left, right or forward and can hold
up to 12 catheters or 5 lbs. (2.3kg).

• Slides and hooks can be added without disassembling unit.
