Metro C5 Pizza Series
Heated Holding Cabinet

• Control: The C5 Pizza Series controls temperature for safe and hot
holding of pizza and other foods. Temperature is displayed on an
“always-on” analog thermometer for continuous monitoring of the
cabinet temperature, even when turned off or unplugged.

• Performance: Rapid heat-up and recovery times are achieved with
a thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. All models are
Energy Star.

• Sizes: C5 Pizza Series cabinets are available in Full Height (74.75")
and 1/2 Height (44.75") sizes.

• Doors: C5 Pizza Series cabinets are all available with a choice of
insulated solid or clear double pane, insulated Low-E, tempered
glass doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents of the
cabinet without the heat loss associated with opening the door. Full
Height cabinets are configured with Dutch style doors. All doors lift off
and are field reversible.

• Pass-Thru: Pass-thru models are available for applications that
require access from both the front and the back of the cabinet.

• Capacity: C5 Pizza Series cabinets are available configured with
Universal Wire Slides or with Wire Shelves. Universal slides hold (2)
16" Pizza boxes front-to-back, 18" x 26" sheet pans, or (2) 12" x 20"
steam table pans front-to-back on adjustable 11/2" increments. Wire
shelves accommodate just about anything including small boxes and
odd-sized pans or containers. Wire shelves and universal slides work
together and can be intermixed when ordered as accessories.

• Reliability: Reliability and durability are designed into all C5
cabinets from the ground up. High-quality components and robust
construction provide a long life of service and worry-free use.

• Top-Mounted Controls: Ergonomic user-friendly controls are
mounted at the top of the cabinet for easier access, better readability,
to prevent damage, and to simplify cleaning.

• Passive Humidity: An integral water pan system can be used to add
humidity to the cabinet environment, improving the quality of food
products that require a moist holding environment.

• Construction: Available in both stainless steel and aluminum.

Specifications

• Cabinet Material: Type 304 stainless steel; 20-gauge polished

exterior; 22-gauge interior, or .063" aluminum, brushed exterior,
natural interior.

• Insulation: Full perimeter, 1" thick, high-density fiberglass.
R Value=4.2

• Casters: Four casters with 5" donut neoprene wheel, double ball
bearing swivel, ball bearing axle, nickel plated, two with brake.

• Solid Doors: Fully insulated, double-panel, Type 304, 20-gauge
polished exterior, 22-gauge interior stainless steel or .063"
aluminum, brushed exterior, natural interior.

• Hinges: Self-closing, lift-off, double hinged, with long-life
nylon bearings.

• Gaskets: High temperature, cabinet mounted, Santoprene
gaskets.

• Latches: Chrome plated, high-strength magnetic pull latch with
lever-action release.

• Handles: Four built-in polymer handles.

• Universal Slides: Universal wire slides; 1/4" diameter

nickel-chrome wire adjustable on 11/2" increments. 16-gauge,
Type 304, stainless steel vertical standards.

• Wire Shelves: Stainless steel wire shelves adjustable on
11/2" increments.

Display and Controls: Analog cabinet thermometer with

independent thermostat control knob.

• Heat Generation System: Thermostatically controlled 1950
Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted
air system.

• Cord: 71/2' cord with NEMA 5-20P plug. Cord mounted on
top (Full Height & Pass Thru) or back (1/2 Height) can be field
reversed.

• Thermal Performance: 70° F to 200° F operating temperature
range.

• Power Requirements: 2000 Watts, 120 Volts, 60 Hz., single
phase, 20 Amp. Service (16 Amps Draw).
