Metro C5 6 Series Short Form Specs
Metro C5 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet shall control internal cabinet temperature. Actual internal
cabinet temperature shall be displayed. The cabinet shall control temperature from 70˚F to 200˚F.
The cabinet shall have top mounted controls and an analog thermometer. The cabinet shall have (4)
5” swivel donut neoprene casters, (2) with brakes. The cabinet will be powered by a 1950 watt
element and have a ducted air distribution system. The cabinet shall have an integrated water pan
that is heated from below by the hot air stream for passive humidity generation. Doors will lift-off and
be field reversible. The cabinet shall be 28” wide and 30-1/2” deep. Pass-Thru models will be 321/2” deep. The cabinet shall be UL, CUL, and NSF listed.
