Metro C5 1 Series Short Form Specs
Metro C5 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinets shall have a control module that is removable
without tools, an external digital thermometer, a master on/off switch, and protected recessed control
knobs. A polymer drip trough that functions as a bumper will be mounted to the front of the cabinet.
The cabinet shall have (4) 5” swivel donut neoprene casters, (2) with brakes. Doors will be full length
clear polycarbonate full view window. The cabinet will be 69-3/4”(1772mm), 57-3/4”(1467mm), or 423/4”(1086mm) tall, 25-1/8”(638mm) wide, and 30-1/4”(768mm) deep. Slides will be adjustable wire
on 1-1/2”(38mm) increments, aluminum lip load on 1-1/2”(38mm) increments, or fixed wire on
3”(76mm) increments. The cabinet shall be UL, CUL, and NSF listed.
Combination Models:
Will have a switch that changes functionality from holding mode to proofing mode. In holding mode
the cabinet shall have an operating temperature range of 80˚F to 190˚F. In proofing mode the cabinet
shall have an operating temperature range of 80˚F to 120˚F and be able to generate 95% RH. The
module will be rated at 2000 Watts, 120 Volts, 60 Hz., single phase, 16.7 Amps, and be equipped
with a 7½’ cord with a NEMA 5-20P plug.
Heated Holding Models:
Will have an operating temperature range of 80˚F to 190˚F. The module will be rated at 2000 Watts,
120 Volts, 60 Hz., single phase, 16.7 Amps, and be equipped with a 7½’ cord with a NEMA 5-20P
plug.
Proofing Models:
Will have an operating temperature range of 80˚F to 120˚F and be able to generate 95% RH. The
module will be rated at 1440 Watts, 120 Volts, 60 Hz., single phase, 12.0 Amps, and be equipped
with a 7½’ cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
