9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding &
Proofing Cabinets are designed to maintain food quality for extended
periods of time. By controlling both temperature and humidity, operators
can be assured that their product will come out of the 9 Series as delectable
as it went in. Realtime temperature and relative humidity levels are
constantly displayed, giving the foodservice professional
valuable feedback. With the 9 Series cabinet, operators can now specify
holding criteria along with ingredients, preparation, cooking,
and finishing for optimal results.
