Specifications
• Material: 14-gauge, high-
strength, natural finish aluminum.
• Construction: Aircraft-riveted
construction throughout.
• Top: Brake-formed into box
section, reinforced by 1/8” (3mm)
thick armored aluminum corners.
• Bottom: Brake-formed into box
section, providing smooth
obstruction-free floor.
• Sides: Brake-formed from flat
stock to form vertical corner post
— stabilizer rod bolted through
sides at front center.
• Slides: Bulb-tipped extruded
channel riveted to sides.
• Back: Brake-formed from flat
stock to form vertical corner post.
• Casters: Two B5DN on back —
5” (127mm) double ball bearing
swivel, ball bearing axle, nickelplated, donut neoprene-tired, prelubricated, bolted to the bottom of
the chassis through 10-gauge
support channels. Two B5DNB on
front — same as above, with
wheel brake.
• Door: Lockable door reinforced
with angle-formed edge. Fulllength continuous hinge, swings
270 degrees, and recedes into
side wall with door stay.
Recessed-type gravity latch.
Spring-clip card holder on front
door.
