WAFER TRANSPORT CART
Type 304, electro-polished, stainless steel and
proven Super Erecta®construction throughout
provide an effective wafer transport system.
• New cleanroom casters are designed to dampen
vibration, minimizing wafer chatter during transit.
• Rod top style shelf and a 2" (50mm) inward slope to
support wafer boats and carriers.
• Open wire design maintains laminar air flow.
• Four-sided, electro-polished, Type 304 stainless steel
wire frame provides rigidity.
• Units are non-conductive, but can be made conductive
with the addition of aluminum split sleeves (9986Z)
and a cleanroom drag cable (ASKCR).

Manufactured from Type 304 stainless steel and
proven Super Erecta®construction throughout.
•75/32" x 75/32" (184x184mm) openings provide capacity
for (8) four litre bottles.
• Chemical resistant, polyethylene drip tray has a raised
edge to contain spills.
• Two stem and two stem w/brake casters provide
maneuverability in tight spaces.

CLEANROOM CASTERS
• The casters we offer are selected to provide years
of worry-free, optimal performance. Our casters are
designed for use with Super Erecta®mobile posts
and shelves to create a mobile storage unit to meet
your requirements.
• Our newest caster, the 5MFA/FBA was designed
expressly to minimize vibration in controlled
environments.
• The Nickel plated caster has resilient tread wheels,
a dust cover and a Celcon wheel bearing.
• The unique wheel material offers superior rollability
and maneuverability. And it stands up to virtually all
common cleaners and solvents, oils and acids. The
5MFA/FBA have a carrying capacity of 300 lbs.
