• Panel removal tool • Phillips screwdriver
CAUTION: Metra recommends disconnecting the
negative battery terminal before beginning any
installation. All accessories, switches, and especially
air bag indicator lights must be plugged in before
reconnecting the battery or cycling the ignition.
NOTE: Refer to the instructions included with the
aftermarket radio.

1. Unsnap and remove the small trim
below the climate controls, then
remove one Phillips screw from the
radio trim panel. (Figure A)
2. Unsnap and remove the radio trim
panel. (Figure B)
3. Remove the panel clips from the
factory radio, save them for the
kit assembly.
4. Unscrew the factory hazard button,
save it for the kit assembly.
5. Remove four Phillips screws to
remove the factory radio.

ISO DIN radio provision
1. Attach the factory panel clips to
the radio housing (Figure A)
2. Attach the factory hazard button to
the radio trim panel with (2) of the
#8 x 3/8” screws provided.

3. Attach the pocket to the radio
brackets with (4) of the #8 x 3/8”
screws provided. (Figure B)
4. Slide the radio into the radio
brackets/pocket assembly and
secure with the screws supplied
with the radio. (Figure C)
5. Locate the factory wiring harness
in the dash. Metra recommends
using the proper mating adapter
from Metra or AXXESS. Re-connect
the negative battery terminal and
test the unit for proper operation.
6. Snap the radio trim panel over the
new radio and reassemble dash in
reverse order of disassembly.

PRECAUCIÓN: Metra recomienda desconectar el terminal
negativo de la batería antes de comenzar cualquier
instalación. Todos los accesorios, interruptores y,
especialmente, las luces indicadoras de airbag deben
estar enchufados antes de volver a conectar la batería o
comenzar el ciclo de ignición.
Nota: Remítase a las instrucciones incluidas con el radio
de posventa.

1. Suelte a presión y quite la moldura
pequeña de abajo de los controles
del clima, luego quite un tornillo
Phillips del panel de la moldura del
radio. (Figura A)
2. Suelte a presión y quite el panel de
la moldura del radio. (Figura B)
3. Quite los ganchos del radio de
fábrica y guárdelos para ensamblar
el kit.
4. Desenrosque el botón de las luces
intermitentes de fábrica y guárdelo
para ensamblar el kit.
5. Quite cuatro tornillos Phillips para
quitar el radio de fábrica.

Ensamble del kit
Provisión de radio ISO DIN
1. Coloque los ganchos del panel
de fábrica en la carcasa del radio
(Figura A)
2. Coloque el botón de las luces
intermitentes de fábrica en el panel
de la moldura del radio con (2) de
los tornillos #8 x 3/8” incluidos.

3. Coloque la cavidad en los soportes
del radio con (4) de los tornillos #8
x 3/8” incluidos. (Figura B)
4. Deslice el radio en el conjunto de
los soportes/cavidad y sujételo con
los tornillos suministrados con el
radio. (Figura C)

5. Ubique el arnés de cableado
de fábrica en el tablero. Metra
recomienda el uso de un adaptador
adecuado de acoplamiento de
Metra o de AXXESS. Vuelva a
conectar la terminal negativa
de la batería y pruebe la unidad
para verificar que funcione
correctamente.
6. Ponga a presión el panel de la
moldura del radio sobre el nuevo
radio y vuelva a armar el tablero al
revés de como lo desarmó.
