4. FIRST AID MEASURES
EYES: Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately. SKIN: Immediately flush skin with water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Seek
immediate medical attention. Wash clothing before reuse and discard contaminated shoes.
INGESTION: Get immediate medical attention. Do not induce vomiting unless instructed to do so by poison center or
physician.
INHALATION: Move person to fresh air; if effects occur, consult a physician. NOTES TO PHYSICIAN: Based on the individual reactions of the patient, the physician's judgement should be used to
control symptoms and clinical condition.
5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Carbon dioxide, dry chemical, foam HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION PRODUCTS: Can include carbon oxides FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES: Use water spray to cool containers exposed to flames. Fire fighting personnel should wear
respiratory protection.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
SMALL SPILL: Absorb with an inert material and place in an appropriate waste disposal container. LARGE SPILL: Stop spill at the source. Pump liquid to salvage container. Recover product if possible. Remaining liquid can
be taken up with absorbent material and placed into appropraite containers.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
GENERAL PROCEDURES: Keep container closed when not in use HANDLING: Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with the concentrate. Wash thoroughly after
handling. Do not swallow. Do not transfer to an unlabeled container.

ENGINEERING CONTROLS: General room ventilation should be sufficient. If mists are present, provide adequate ventilation
to control level below PEL.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
EYES AND FACE: Face Shield or chemical resistant goggles must be worn. Ensure that eyewash stations and safety
showers are close to the workstation location.
SKIN: When prolonged or frequently repeated contact scould occur, use protective clothing chemically resistant to this
material. Selection of specific items such as facesheild, boots, apron or full-body suit will depend on the task.
RESPIRATORY: Not normally needed. If significant mists, vapors or aerosols are generated an approved respirator is
recommended.
WORK HYGIENIC PRACTICES: Use good hygiene. Do not consume or store food in the work area. Wash hands before
smoking or eating.
OTHER USE PRECAUTIONS: If there is a likelihood of splashing, an oil resistant apron should be worn to prevent clothing
contamination. If clothing is contaminated, remove clothing and thoroughly wash the affected area. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse. Keep an eyewash fountain available. Keep a safety shower available.
