Step 1

Assemble your unit on a carpeted ﬂ oor or on the empty

carton to avoid scratching your unit or the ﬂ oor.

Push twenty-seven LARGE HIDDEN CAMS (1) into the

ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C), TOP (D), and BOTTOMS (F and G).

Turn twenty-seven ANGLED HEAD CAM SCREWS (3) into

the ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C), TOP (D), and BACK (E).

NOTE: Be sure to ﬂ ip over the UPRIGHT (C) to turn two

ANGLE HEAD CAM SCREWS (3) into the opposite surface as shown in the lower left of this pae.

Insert twenty-four WOOD DOWELS (5) into the

ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C), TOP (D), and BACK (E).

NOTE: Be sure to ﬂ ip over the UPRIGHT (C) to insert two

more WOOD DOWELS into the opposite surface as shown in the lower left of this pae.

Step 4

Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (BB) from the EXTENSION RAILS (AA) as shown in the enlared diaram below. Be

prepared, the parts are reasy.

Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (AA) to the RIGHT END (A) and UPRIGHT (C). Use six BLACK 1/2" PAN HEAD

SCREWS (16).

NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlared diaram. Then, slide the inner

cartride of the EXTENSION RAIL out to ﬁ nd the other two holes that line up with the holes in the END. Turn a SCREW into those holes.

NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the DRAWERS.

Pull up or down on the black lever and pull the SLIDE from the RAIL.

Flip the UPRIGHT (C) over.

Fasten the CABINET RAILS (CC and DD) to the UPRIGHT (C) and

LEFT END (B). Use six BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (17).

Turn your unit onto the TOP.

Fasten the BACK (E) to the ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C),

and BOTTOMS (F and G). Tihten thirteen LARGE HIDDEN CAMS with the ASSEMBLY TOOL (18).

NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the BACK insert

into the holes in the ENDS, UPRIGHTS, and BOTTOMS.

Fasten the STRETCHER (J) to the LEGS (I and K). Use four

BLACK 1/2" MACHINE SCREWS (15).

NOTE: The STRETCHER will ﬁ t over the brackets on the

LEGS.

Fasten the LEFT LEG (I) to the BACK (E). Use two BLACK 2"

MACHINE SCREWS (10).

NOTE: Do not completely tihten the SCREWS at this time.

BOTTOMS (F and G). Use twelve BLACK 9/16" WAFER HEAD SCREWS (14).

Now, tihten the SCREWS into the BACK (E) completely

at this time.

Turn ten STRAIGHT HEAD CAM SCREWS (4) into the

DRAWER FRONTS (Q and V).

Push twelve SMALL HIDDEN CAMS (2) into the lare

holes in the DRAWER SIDES (L, N, R, and T) and PENCIL DRAWER BRACE (P).

Fasten the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (R and T) to the FILE

DRAWER FRONT (V). Tihten four SMALL HIDDEN CAMS.

Slide the FILE DRAWER BOTTOM (U) into the rooves

in the FILE DRAWER SIDES (R and T) and FILE DRAWER FRONT (V).

Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER BACK roove.

Fasten the FILE DRAWER BACK (S) to the FILE DRAWER SIDES (R and T). Use four BLACK 1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (12).

NOTE: Be sure the FILE DRAWER BOTTOM (U) inserts into the roove of the FILE DRAWER BACK (S).

Fasten the EXTENSION SLIDES (BB) to the FILE DRAWER

SIDES (R and T). Use six BLACK 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (16) throuh the 3rd, 6th, and 9th holes from the open end of the EXTENSION SLIDE.

Fasten the PENCIL DRAWER SIDES (L and N) to the

PENCIL DRAWER FRONT (Q) and PENCIL DRAWER BRACE (C). Tihten six SMALL HIDDEN CAMS.

Slide a PENCIL DRAWER BOTTOM (O) into the rooves

in the PENCIL DRAWER SIDES (L and N) and PENCIL DRAWER FRONT (Q).

Fasten the PENCIL DRAWER BACK (M) to the PENCIL DRAWER SIDES (L and N) and PENCIL DRAWER BRACE (P). Use six

NOTE: Be sure the FILE DRAWER BOTTOM (O) inserts into the roove of the PENCIL DRAWER BACK

(M).

Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER BACK roove.

SIDES (R and T) as shown in the upper diaram.

DRAWER SIDES (L and N). Use six BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (17).

Fasten the KNOBS (6) to the DRAWER FRONTS (Q and V).

Use two BLACK 7/8" MACHINE SCREWS (13).

Step 23

Carefully stand your unit upright.

To insert the pencil drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind

the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit.

To insert the ﬁ le drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on

the unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier. NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information.

Peel a CAM COVER from the CAM COVER CARD (7) and stick one onto each visible HIDDEN CAM.

This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

Place the roller on the SLIDE behind the roller on the RAIL.

ÉTAPE 1

Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommaer l'élément ou le sol.

Enfoncer vint-sept GRANDES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), le MONTANT (C), le DESSUS (D) et les DESSOUS (F et G).

ÉTAPE 2

Enfoncer vint-sept VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE AVEC TÊTE EN ANGLE (3) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), le MONTANT (C), le DESSUS (D) et l'ARRIÈRE (E).

REMARQUE : S'assurer de retourner le MONTANT (C) pour tourner deux VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE AVEC TÊTE EN ANGLE (3) dans la surface opposée comme l'indiqué le schéma en bas à auche de cette pae.

ÉTAPE 3

Insérer vint-quatre CHEVILLES EN BOIS (5) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), le MONTANT (C), le DESSUS (D) et l'ARRIÈRE (E).

REMARQUE : S'assurer de retourner le MONTANT (C) pour insérer deux autres CHEVILLES EN BOIS dans la surface opposée comme l'indiqué le schéma en bas à auche de cette pae.

ÉTAPE 4

Séparer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (BB) des GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION (AA) comme l'indique le schéma arandi cidessous. Faire attention car les pièces sont raissées.

Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D’EXTENSION (AA) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) et au MONTANT (C). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE GOUTTE DE SUIF 13 mm NOIRES (16).

REMARQUE : Pour chaque GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION, faire tourner une VIS dans le trou indiqué dans le schéma arandi. Ensuite, enﬁ ler la cartouche interne de la GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION vers l'intérieur pour trouver les autres deux trous qui sont alinés sur les trous dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ. Faire tourner une VIS dans ces trous.

REMARQUE : Les COULISSES D'EXTENSION seront utilisées ultérieurement pour les TIROIRS.

ÉTAPE 5

Retourner le MONTANT (C). Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D'ÉLÉMENT (CC et DD) au MONTANT (C)

et à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (17).

ÉTAPE 6

Fixer l'ENTRETOISE SUPÉRIEURE (H) au DESSUS (D). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE MINCE 27 mm NOIRES (19).

ÉTAPE 7

Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) au DESSUS (D). Serrer deux GRANDES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS situées sur l’EXTRÉMITÉ dans les trous dans le chant du DESSUS.

Faire tourner deux VIS TÊTE MINCE 14 mm NOIRES (14) à travers l'ENTRETOISE SUPÉRIEURE (H) et dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B).

ÉTAPE 8

Fixer le GRAND DESSOUS (F) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Serrer deux GRANDES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer de bien insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE dans les trous du GRAND DESSOUS.

ÉTAPE 9

Fixer le MONTANT (C) au DESSUS (D) et au GRAND DESSOUS (F). Serrer quatre GRANDES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer de bien insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS situées sur le MONTANT dans les trous du GRAND DESSOUS.

REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS situées sur le DESSUS dans les trous dans le MONTANT.

ÉTAPE 10

Fixer le PETIT DESSOUS (G) au MONTANT (C). Serrer deux GRANDES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer de bien insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS situées sur le MONTANT dans les trous du PETIT DESSOUS.

ÉTAPE 11

Fixer l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) au DESSUS (D) et au PETIT DESSOUS (G). Serrer quatre GRANDES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS situées sur l’EXTRÉMITÉ dans les trous dans le chant du DESSUS et du PETIT DESSOUS.

Faire tourner deux VIS TÊTE MINCE 14 mm NOIRES (14) à travers l'ENTRETOISE SUPÉRIEURE (H) et dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A).

ÉTAPE 12

Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur son DESSUS. Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (E) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), au MONTANT (C) et

aux DESSOUS (F et G). Serrer treize GRANDES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES à l’aide de l'outil (18) fourni.

REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS situées sur l'ARRIÈRE dans les trous dans les EXTRÉMITÉS, les MONTANTS et les DESSOUS.

ÉTAPE 13

Fixer la BARRE (J) aux PIEDS (I et K). Utiliser quatre VIS À MÉTAUX 13 mm NOIRES (15).

REMARQUE : La BARRE s'adaptera sur la console sur le PIED.

ÉTAPE 14

Fixer le PIED GAUCHE (I) à l'ARRIÈRE (E). Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 51 mm NOIRES (10).

REMARQUE : Ne pas complètement serrer les VIS à ce stade de l'assemblae.

ÉTAPE 16

Faire tourner dix VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE AVEC TÊTE DROITE (4) dans les DEVANTS DE TIROIR (Q et V).

Enfoncer douze PETITES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (2) dans les ros trous des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (L, N, R et T) et d'ENTRETOISE DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (P).

ÉTAPE 17

1. Fixer les CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (R et T) au DEVANT DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (V). Serrer quatre PETITES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (U) s'encastre dans la rainure de l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (S).

ÉTAPE 18

Fixer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (BB) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (R et T). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE GOUTTE DE SUIF 13 mm NOIRES (16) à travers les 3è, 6è et 9è trous à partir de l’extrémité ouverte de la COULISSE D'EXTENSION.

ÉTAPE 15

Fixer les PIEDS GAUCHE et DROIT (I et K) aux DESSOUS (F et G). Utiliser douze VIS TÊTE MINCE 14 mm NOIRES (14).

Maintenant, serrer à bloc les VIS dans l'ARRIÈRE (E) à ce stade de l'assemblae.

1. Fixer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (L et N) sur le DEVANT DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (Q) et à l’ENTRETOISE DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (C). Serrer six PETITES EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

2. Enﬁ ler le FOND DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (O) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (L et N) et du DEVANT DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (Q).

3. Fixer l’ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (M) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (L et N) et à l’ENTRETOISE DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (P). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 38 mm NOIRES (12).

REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (O) s'encastre dans la rainure de l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (M).

ÉTAPE 20

1. Enfoncer les ARMATURES POUR DOSSIERS (8) sur les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (R et T) comme l’indique le schéma supérieur.

2. Enfoncer les SUPPORTS POUR DOSSIERS (9) sur les ARMATURES POUR DOSSIERS (8) comme l’indique le schéma inférieur.

ÉTAPE 21

Fixer les COULISSES DE TIROIR (EE et FF) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (L et N). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (17).

ÉTAPE 22

Fixer les BOUTONS (6) aux DEVANTS DE TIROIR (Q et V). Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 22 mm NOIRES (13).

ÉTAPE 23

Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. Pour insérer le tiroir à crayons dans l'élément, abaisser le devant

du tiroir et faire passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière les roulettes situées sur l'élément. Relever le devant du tiroir et l'enﬁ ler dans l'élément.

Pour insérer le tiroir pour dossiers dans l'élément, aliner les COULISSES D'EXTENSION du tiroir sur les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION de l'élément et enfoncer le tiroir dans l'élément jusqu'à ce que le tiroir soit complètement inséré. Le tiroir o rira une certaine résistance jusqu'à ce qu'il soit complètement inséré dans l'élément, il lissera ensuite sans di culté.

Décoller un CACHE D'EXCENTRIQUE de la CARTE DE CACHE D'EXCENTRIQUE (7) et les coller sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE visible.

Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.

Empuje veintisiete EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS GRANDES (1) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A y B), del PARAL (C), del PANEL SUPERIOR (D) y de los FONDOS (F y G).

PASO 2

Empuje veintisiete BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO CABEZA ANGULADA (3) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A y B), del PARAL (C), del PANEL SUPERIOR (D) y del DORSO (E).

NOTA: Aseúrese de irar el PARAL (C) para apriete dos BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO CABEZA ANGULADA (3) en la superﬁ cie opuesta como se muestra en la parte inferior izquierda de esta páina.

PASO 3

Inserte veinticuatro PASADORES DE MADERA (5) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A y B), del PARAL (C), del PANEL SUPERIOR (D) y del DORSO (E).

NOTA: Aseúrese de irar el PARAL (C) para apriete dos otros PASADORES DE MADERA en la superﬁ cie opuesta como se muestra en la parte inferior izquierda de esta páina.

PASO 4

Separe las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (BB) de los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (AA) como se muestra en el diarama ampliado mas abajo. Prepárese, las piezas son rasientas.

Fije los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (AA) al EXTREMO DERECHO (A) y al PARAL (C). Utilice seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA REDONDA de 13 mm (16).

NOTA: Para cada RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN, atornille un TORNILLO dentro del aujero indicado en el diarama ampliado. A continuación deslice el cartucho interno del RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN hacia el exterior para encontrar los dos otros aujeros que se alinean con los aujeros del EXTREMO. Atornille un TORNILLO dentro de estos aujeros.

NOTA: Las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN se utilizarán más tarde para los CAJONES.

PASO 5

Dé vuelta el PARAL (C). Fije los RIELES DE GABINETE (CC y DD) al PARAL (C) y al

Fije la RIOSTRA DE PANEL SUPERIOR (H) al PANEL SUPERIOR (D). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA DE DISCO de 27 mm (19).

PASO 7

Fije el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) al PANEL SUPERIOR (D). Apriete dos EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS GRANDES.

NOTA: Aseúrese de insertar los PASADORES DE MADERA sujetados al EXTREMO en los aujeros en el borde del PANEL SUPERIOR

Gire dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA DE DISCO de 14 mm (14) a través de la RIOSTRA DE PANEL SUPERIOR (H) y en el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B).

PASO 8

Fije el FONDO GRANDE (F) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Apriete dos EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS GRANDES.

Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre el PANEL SUPERIOR.

Fije el DORSO (E) a los EXTREMOS (A y B), al PARAL (C) y a los FONDOS (F y G). Apriete treinta EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS GRANDES con la herramienta (18) provista.

NOTA: Aseúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA sujetados al DORSO se inserten dentro de los aujeros de los EXTREMOS, de los PARALES y de los FONDOS.

PASO 14

Fije la PATA IZQUIERDA (I) al DORSO (E). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS PARA METAL de 51 mm (10).

NOTA: No apriete ﬁ rmemente los TORNILLOS por ahora.

PASO 15

Fije las PATAS IZQUIERDAS y DERECHAS (I y K) a los FONDOS (F y G). Utilice doce TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA DE DISCO de 14 mm (14).

Ahora, apriete ﬁ rmemente los TORNILLOS del DORSO por ahora.

PASO 16

Atornille diez BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO CON CABEZA RECTA (4) en las CARAS DE CAJÓN (Q y V).

Empuje doce EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS PEQUEÑOS (2) en los aujeros randes de los LADOS DE CAJÓN (L, N, R y T) y la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (P).

2. Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (O) dentro de las ranuras de los LADOS DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (L y N) y de la CARA DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (Q).

3. Fije el DORSO DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (M) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (L y N) y la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (P). Utilice seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 38 mm (12).

NOTA: Aseúrese que el FONDO DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (O) ajuste dentro de la ranura del DORSO DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (M).

PASO 20

Fije los POMOS (6) a las CARAS DE CAJÓN (Q y V). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS PARA METAL de 22 mm (13).

PASO 23

Cuidadosamente pona la unidad en posición vertical. Para insertar el cajón para lápices dentro de la unidad, incline la

parte delantera del cajón hacia abajo y deje que los rodillos del cajón caian detrás de los rodillos de la unidad. Levante la parte delantera del cajón y deslícelo dentro de la unidad.

Para insertar el cajón del archivero dentro de la unidad, alinee las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN sujetadas al cajón con los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN sujetados a la unidad y empuje el cajón dentro de la unidad hasta que el cajón está completamente insertado. El cajón mueven con diﬁ cultad hasta que se inserten completamente dentro de la unidad, después deslizarán fácilmente hacia adentro y hacia afuera.

NOTA: Por favor, lea las páinas de atrás del folleto de instrucciones en cuanto a importante información de seuridad.

Separe una CUBIERTA DE EXCÉNTRICO de la TARJETA CON CUBIERTAS DE EXCÉNTRICO (7) y aplique las sobre cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO visible.

There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, ﬁ re, ﬂ ood, a lteration or modiﬁ c ation of the product, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.

As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, we will (at its sole option) repair, replace or refund the value of any defective furniture component. We may require independent conﬁ rmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
