HOW TO USE A HIDDEN CAM & CAM SCREW OR CAM DOWEL

NOTE: Various CAM SCREWS or a CAM DOWEL may be used.

Turn the CAM SCREW or
ently tap the CAM DOWEL
until the shoulder is aainst
the surface of the part.

Fasten the CABINET RIGHT (5) to the LEFT UPRIGHT LEG (B). Use three BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (19).

Fasten the CABINET LEFT (6) to the LEFT END LEG (A). Use three BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (19).

Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (2) from the EXTENSION RAILS (1) as shown in the upper diaram below. Be

å

prepared, the parts are reasy.

Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (1) to the LEFT END LEG (A) and LEFT UPRIGHT LEG (B). Use six BLACK 1/2" FLAT

å

HEAD SCREWS (19).

NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlared diaram. Then, slide the inner

å

cartride of the EXTENSION RAIL in to fi nd the other holes that line up with the holes in the LEFT LEGS. Turn a
SCREW into those holes.

NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the LARGE DRAWER.

To insert the small drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the

rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit.

To insert the lare drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on

å

the unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the
way in, then it will slide in and out easier.

Peel APPLIQUES from the APPLIQUE CARD (12) and stick them onto each visible HIDDEN CAM.

å

NOTE: Please read the back paes of the instruction booklet for important safety information.

Guide d'utilisation de la visserie
UTILISATION DE LA EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE ET DE LA

VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE OU DE LA CHEVILLE D’EXCENTRIQUE

1. REMARQUE : Plusieurs VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE ou une CHEVILLE
D’EXCENTRIQUE peut être utilisé.

Faire tourner la VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE ou taper doucement la
CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement repose
sur la surface de la pièce.

2. Enfoncer un EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE dans la partie. La
fl èche dans l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE doit être diriée vers
le trou dans le chant de la planche.

3.Insérer la VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE ou la CHEVILLE
D’EXCENTRIQUE dans l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE. Serrer
l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

ÉTAPE 1

Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide
pour éviter d'endommaer l'élément ou le sol.

Faire tourner huit VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (7) dans le PIED
D’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (A) et le PIED DE MONTANT GAUCHE (B).

ÉTAPE 2

Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT DROITE (5) au PIED DE MONTANT GAUCHE (B).
Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (19).

Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT GAUCHE (6) au PIED D'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (A).
Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (19).

Séparer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (2) des GLISSIÈRES
D'EXTENSION (1) comme l'indique le schéma ci-dessous
supérieure. Faire attention car les pièces sont raissées.

Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION (1) au PIED D’EXTRÉMITÉ
GAUCHE (A) et au PIED DE MONTANT GAUCHE (B). Utiliser six
VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (19).

REMARQUE : Pour chaque GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION, faire tourner
une VIS dans le trou indiqué dans le schéma arandi. Ensuite, enfi ler
la cartouche interne de la GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION vers l'intérieur
pour trouver les autres trous qui sont alinés sur les trous dans les
PIEDS GAUCHE. Faire tourner une VIS dans ces trous.

REMARQUE : Les COULISSES D'EXTENSION seront utilisées
ultérieurement pour le GRAND TIROIR.

ÉTAPE 4

Fixer les TABLETTE/DESSOUS (D) et l'ARRIÈRE (C) au PIED
DE MONTANT GAUCHE (B). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES
ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS des
TABLETTE/DESSOUS dans le PIED DE MONTANT GAUCHE.

Fixer le PIED D'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (A) à l'ARRIÈRE (C) et
aux TABLETTE/DESSOUS (D). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES
ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS des
TABLETTE/DESSOUS dans le PIED D'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE.

ÉTAPE 5

Fixer les PIEDS (T et U) à la TABLETTE MÉTALLIQUE (Q). Serrer
quatre VIS TÊTE HEX 30 mm NOIRES (16) avec la CLÉ EN L (11).

Fixer les ENTRETOISES LONGUES (R et S) aux PIEDS (T et U). Serrer
quatre VIS TÊTE HEX 30 mm NOIRES (16) avec la CLÉ EN L (11).

ÉTAPE 6

Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale.
Insérer une GRANDE CHEVILLE EN BOIS (10) dans le trou exact

illustré dans l’ENTRETOISE (P).
Enfoncer un EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE (8) dans

l’ENTRETOISE (P).
Fixer l’ENTRETOISE (P) au PIED ARRIÈRE (U). Serrer deux VIS

TÊTE HEX 48 mm NOIRES (15) avec la CLÉ EN L (11).
Fixer le PIED DE MONTANT GAUCHE (B) à l’ENTRETOISE (P). Serrer

deux VIS TÊTE HEX 48 mm NOIRES (15) avec la CLÉ EN L (11).
Fixer l’ENTRETOISE COURTE (W) à l’ENTRETOISE LONGUE

AVANT (R) et au PIED DE MONTANT GAUCHE (B). Serrer deux
VIS TÊTE HEX 30 mm NOIRES (16) avec la Clé en L (11).

ÉTAPE 7

Fixer le GRAND DESSUS (V) aux ENTRETOISES LONGUES (R
et S) et aux PIEDS (T et U). Serrer huit VIS TÊTE HEX 30 mm
NOIRES (16) avec la CLÉ EN L (11).

ÉTAPE 3

Insérer huit GRANDES CHEVILLES EN BOIS (10) dans les bords
de l'ARRIÈRE (C) et des TABLETTE/DESSOUS (D).

Enfoncer huit EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (8) dans les
TABLETTE/DESSOUS (D).

ÉTAPE 8

Faire tourner une VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (7) dans le PETIT DESSUS (O).
Retourner le PETIT DESSUS et fi xer le aux PIEDS (A et B), à

l’ENTRETOISE COURTE (W) et à l’ENTRETOISE (P). Serrer
l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE dans l’ENTRETOISE. Serrer cinq
VIS TÊTE HEX 30 mm NOIRES (16) avec la Clé en L (11).

REMARQUE : S’assurer de bien insérer la CHEVILLE EN BOIS de
l'ENTRETOISE dans le PETIT DESSUS.

ÉTAPE 9

Faire tourner huit VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (7) dans les DEVANTS DE
TIROIR (E et F).

Insérer quatre PETITES CHEVILLES EN BOIS (9) dans les bords
des CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (G et H) et de l'ARRIÈRE DE
GRAND TIROIR (J).

Enfoncer huit EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (8) dans les
CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (G, H, K et L).

ÉTAPE 10

1. Fixer les CÔTÉS DE PETIT TIROIR (K et L) à l'ARRIÈRE DE
PETIT TIROIR (M). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 30 mm
NOIRES (17).

2. Enfi ler le FOND DE TIROIR (N) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE
PETIT TIROIR (K et L) et de l'ARRIÈRE DE PETIT TIROIR (M).

3. Fixer le DEVANT DE PETIT TIROIR (E) aux CÔTÉS DE PETIT
TIROIR (K et L). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR (N) s'encastre
dans la rainure du DEVANT DE PETIT TIROIR (E).

ÉTAPE 11

Fixer une POIGNÉE (14) sur le DEVANT DE PETIT TIROIR (E).
Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 22 mm NOIRES (18).

Retourner le PETIT TIROIR. Fixer TIROIR DROIT (3) sur le CÔTÉ
DROIT DE PETIT TIROIR (L) et TIROIR GAUCHE (4) sur le CÔTÉ
GAUCHE DE PETIT TIROIR (K). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 13
mm NOIRES (19).

ÉTAPE 12

1. Fixer les CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (G et HH) à l'ARRIÈRE
DE GRAND TIROIR (J). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 30 mm
NOIRES (17).

REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les CHEVILLES EN
BOIS situées sur l'ARRIÈRE DE GRAND TIROIR dans les trous
dans les CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR.

2. Enfi ler un FOND DE TIROIR (N) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE
GRAND TIROIR (G et H) et de l'ARRIÈRE DE GRAND TIROIR (J).

3. Fixer le DEVANT DE GRAND TIROIR (F) aux CÔTÉS DE GRAND
TIROIR (G et H). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR (N) s'encastre
dans la rainure du DEVANT DE GRAND TIROIR (F).

REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS des
CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR dans le DEVANT DE GRAND TIROIR.

ÉTAPE 13

Fixer une POIGNÉE (14) au DEVANT DE GRAND TIROIR (F).
Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 22 mm NOIRES (18).

Fixer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (2) aux CÔTÉS DE GRAND
TIROIR (G et HH). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (19).

ÉTAPE 14

Enfi ler deux ARMATURES POUR DOSSIERS (13) sur les bords
supérieurs des CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (G et H).

REMARQUE : Ce tiroir est conçu pour recevoir des dossiers de
taille lettre.

ÉTAPE 15

Pour insérer le petit tiroir dans l'élément, abaisser le devant du
tiroir et faire passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière
les roulettes situées sur l'élément. Relever le devant du tiroir et
l'enfi ler dans l'élément.

Pour insérer le rand tiroir dans l'élément, aliner les COULISSES
D'EXTENSION du tiroir sur les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION de
l'élément et enfoncer le tiroir dans l'élément jusqu'à ce que le tiroir
soit complètement inséré. Le tiroir o rira une certaine résistance
jusqu'à ce qu'il soit complètement inséré dans l'élément, il lissera
ensuite sans di culté.

Décoller les APPLIQUÉS de la FICHE D'APPLIQUÉS (12) et coller
les sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

CÓMO UTILIZAR EL EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO Y LA BIELA DE

EXCÉNTRICO O PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO

1. NOTA: Varias BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO o un PASADOR DE
EXCÉNTRICO pueden ser utilizados.

Gire una BIELA DE EXCÉNTRICO o lieramente olpee el PASADOR
DE EXCÉNTRICO hasta que el resalto repose contra de la parte.

2. Empuje un EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO dentro de la parte. La
fl echa en el EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO debe apuntar hacia el
aujero en el borde de la tabla.

3. Inserte la BIELA DE EXCÉNTRICO o el PASADOR DE
EXCÉNTRICO en el EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO. Apriete el
EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.

PASO 1

Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón
vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.

Atornille ocho BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO (7) en la PATA DE
EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (A) y la PATA DE PARAL IZQUIERDO (B).

PASO 3

Inserte ocho PASADORES DE MADERA GRANDES (10) en los
bordes del DORSO (C) y de los ESTANTE/FONDOS (D).

Empuje ocho EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (8) en los
ESTANTE/FONDOS (D).

PASO 4

Fije los ESTANTE/FONDOS (D) al DORSO (C) y a la PATA
DE PARAL IZQUIERDO (B). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS
ESCONDIDOS.

NOTA: Aseúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA
en los ESTANTE/FONDOS se inserten en la PATA DE
PARAL IZQUIERDO.

Fije la PATA DE EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (A) al DORSO (C) y
a los ESTANTE/FONDOS (D). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS
ESCONDIDOS.

NOTA: Aseúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA en
los ESTANTE/FONDOS se inserten en la PATA DE EXTREMO
IZQUIERDO.

PASO 2

Fije el GABINETE DERECHO (5) a la PATA DE PARAL IZQUIERDO (B).

Utilice tres TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 13 mm (19).
Fije el GABINETE IZQUIERDO (6) a la PATA DE EXTREMO

IZQUIERDO (A). Utilice tres TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA
PERDIDA de 13 mm (19).

Separe las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (2) de los RIELES DE
EXTENSIÓN (1) como se muestra en el diarama superior más
abajo. Prepárese, las piezas son rasientas.

Fije los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (1) a la PATA DE EXTREMO
IZQUIERDO (A) y a la PATA DE PARAL IZQUIERDO (B). Utilice seis
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 13 mm (19).

NOTA: Para cada RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN, atornille un TORNILLO
dentro del aujero indicado en el diarama ampliado. A
continuación, deslice el cartucho interno del RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN
hacia el interior para encontrar los otros aujeros que se alinean
con los aujeros de las PATAS IZQUIERDAS. Atornille un
TORNILLO dentro de estos aujeros.

NOTA: Las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN se utilizarán más tarde
para el CAJÓN GRANDE.

PASO 5

Fije las PATAS (T y U) al ESTANTE DE MALLA METÁLICA (Q).
Apriete los cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA HEXAGONAL
de 30 mm (16) utilizando la LLAVE EN L (11).

Fije las RIOSTRAS LARGAS (R y S) a las PATAS (T y U). Apriete
los cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA HEXAGONAL de
30 mm (16) utilizando la LLAVE EN L (11).

PASO 6

Cuidadosamente pona la unidad en posición vertical.
Inserte un PASADOR DE MADERA GRANDE (10) en el aujero

correspondiente indicado de la RIOSTRA (P).
Empuje un EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO (8) en la RIOSTRA (P).
Fije la RIOSTRA (P) a la PATA POSTERIOR (U). Apriete los dos

TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA
utilizando la LLAVE EN L (11).

Fije la PATA DE PARAL IZQUIERDO (B) a la RIOSTRA (P). Apriete
los dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA HEXAGONAL de
48 mm (15) utilizando la LLAVE EN L (11).

Fije la RIOSTRA CORTA (W) a la RIOSTRA DELANTERA LARGA (R)
y a la PATA DE PARAL IZQUIERDO (B). Apriete los dos TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA HEXAGONAL de 30 mm (16) utilizando la
LLAVE EN L (11).

PASO 7

Fije el PANEL SUPERIOR GRANDE (V) a las RIOSTRAS
LARGAS (R y S) y a las PATAS (T y U). Apriete los ocho
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA HEXAGONAL de 30 mm (16)
utilizando la LLAVE EN L (11).

PASO 8

Gire una BIELA DE EXCÉNTRICO (7) en el PANEL
SUPERIOR PEQUEÑO (O).

Vuelva el PANEL SUPERIOR PEQUEÑO al revés y fi jarlo a las
PATAS (A y B), a la RIOSTRA CORTA (W) y a la RIOSTRA (P).
Apriete el EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO en la RIOSTRA. Apriete los
cinco TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA HEXAGONAL
de 30 mm (16) utilizando la LLAVE EN L (11).

NOTA: Aseúrese de que el PASADOR DE MADERA fi jado a la
RIOSTRA se inserte en el PANEL SUPERIOR PEQUEÑO.

PASO 9

Apriete ocho BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO (7) en las CARAS DE
CAJÓN (E y F).

Inserte cuatro PASADORES DE MADERA PEQUEÑOS (9) en los
bordes de los LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE (G y H) y el DORSO
DE CAJÓN GRANDE (J).

Empuje ocho EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (8) en los LADOS DE
CAJÓN (G, H, K y L).

PASO 10

1. Fije los LADOS DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (K y L) al DORSO DE
CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (M). Use cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE
CABEZA PERDIDA de 30 mm (17).

2. Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN (N) en las ranuras de los
LADOS DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (K y L) y del DORSO DE CAJÓN
PEQUEÑO (M).

3. Fije la CARA DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (E) a los
LADOS DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (K y L). Apriete cuatro
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

NOTA: Aseúrese de que el FONDO DE CAJÓN (N) ajuste dentro
de la ranura de la CARA DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (E).

PASO 11

Fije un TIRADOR (14) a la CARA DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (E). Utilice
dos TORNILLOS NEGROS PARA METAL de 22 mm (18).

Vuelva el CAJÓN PEQUEÑO al revés. Fije el CAJÓN DERECHO (3) al
LADO DERECHO DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (L) y el CAJÓN IZQUIERDO (4)
al LADO IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (K). Utilice seis TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 13 mm (19).

1. Fije los LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE (G y H) al DORSO DE
CAJÓN GRANDE (J). Use cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE
CABEZA PERDIDA de 30 mm (17).

NOTA: Aseúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA sujetados
al DORSO DE CAJÓN GRANDE se inserten en los aujeros de los
LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE.

2. Deslice un FONDO DE CAJÓN (N) en las ranuras de los LADOS
DE CAJÓN GRANDE (G y H) y del DORSO DE CAJÓN GRANDE (J).

NOTA: Aseúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA de los LADOS
DE CAJÓN GRANDE se inserten en la CARA DE CAJÓN GRANDE.

PASO 13

Fije un TIRADOR (14) a la CARA DE CAJÓN GRANDE (F). Utilice
dos TORNILLOS NEGROS PARA METAL de 22 mm (18).

Fije las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (2) a los LADOS DE
CAJÓN GRANDE (G y H). Utilice seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE
CABEZA PERDIDA de 13 mm (19).

PASO 14

Fije dos CORRIMIENTOS DE ARCHIVERO (13) sobre los bordes
superiores de los LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE (G y H).

NOTA: Este cajón está diseñado para para acomodar archivos de
tamaño carta.

PASO 15

Para insertar el cajón pequeño dentro de la unidad, incline la
parte delantera del cajón hacia abajo y deje que los rodillos del
cajón caian detrás de los rodillos de la unidad. Levante la parte
delantera del cajón y deslícelo dentro de la unidad.

Para insertar el cajón rande dentro de la unidad, alinee las
CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN sujetadas al cajón con los RIELES
DE EXTENSIÓN sujetados a la unidad y empuje el cajón dentro
de la unidad hasta que el cajón está completamente insertado. El
cajón mueve con difi cultad hasta que se inserten completamente
dentro de la unidad, después deslizarán fácilmente hacia adentro
y hacia afuera.

Separe las APLICACIONES de la TARJETA CON APLICACIONES (12)
y aplique las sobre cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO visible.

substantially impair the utility of the product. This Warranty ives you specifi c leal
rihts, and you may also have other rihts which vary from state to state.

2. There is no warranty coverae for defects or conditions that result from the failure
to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnins, misuse or abuse,
intentional damae, fi re, fl ood, alteration or modifi cation of the product, or use of the
product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resultin
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleanin, or care. There is also no
warranty coverae for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at

inundación, cambio o modifi cación del producto; o de la utilización del producto de

prueba de compra. Las piezas de repuesto serán arantizadas solamente por el período
de tiempo que queda de la Garantía oriinal. NO TENDRÁ RESPONSABILIDAD
por NINGÚN DAÑO INCIDENTAL O CONSECUENTE DE NINGÚN TIPO y todos dichos
daños SE EXCLUYEN DE ESTA GARANTÍA, tales como pérdida de uso, desensamblaje,
transportación, trabajo o daño a la propiedad en o cerca del producto. Alunos estados
no permiten la exclusión o limitación de daños incidentales o consecuentes, en tales
