LAMP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.Unpack all parts from cartons carefully.
2.Screw one lamp pole (2) onto the base (1) tightly,
be careful not to twist the power cord.
3.Screw a second lamp pole(3) onto the lamp pole(2) tightly.
4.Place shade(4) into socket and tighten with socket ring.
5.Install bulb(5) into socket.
6.ENSURE ALL CONNECTIONS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED
BEFORE USE
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)
as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension
cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE DE LA LAMPE
1.Déballer soigneusement toutes les pièces des cartons.
2.Visser un poteau de lampe (2) sur la base (1) fermement,
Veillez à ne pas tordre le cordon d’alimentation.
3.Visser un deuxième poteau de lampe (3) sur le poteau de
la lampe (2) fermement.
4.Placer l’abat-jour (4) dans la douille et serrer avec l’anneau de douille.
5.Installez l’ampoule (5) dans la douille.
6.ASSUREZ-VOUS QUE TOUTES LES CONNEXIONS SONT COMPLÈTEMENT SERRÉES

À MOINS QUE LA PRISE DE COURANT NE PUISSE ÊTRE COMPLÈTEMENT
INSÉRÉE. NE FAITES PAS CHANGEZ LA PRISE DE COURANT.
