Examine all packaging material for small parts that may have come loose during shipment. Periodic checks are recommended to insure that all
components are in proper position, tight and free from damage. Keep this assembly instruction for future reference. Adult assembly is required.
This product is designed for residential use only.
HARDWARE LIST
A (8) 1/4” x 15mm Allen Bolts
B (8) Spring Washers
C (8) Flat Washers
D (8) Sunk Bolts
E (1) Allen Wrench
F (6) Glass Pads
PARTS LIST
G (1) Table Top Frame
H (1) Glass Top
I (1) Support Brace
L (2) Left Legs
R (2) Right Legs
STEP 1
Begin assembly by attaching Legs (L and R)
to Table Top Frame (G) using 2 Sunk Bolts (D)
per leg. Do not tighten bolts at this time.
STEP 2
Attach Support Brace (I) to Legs (L and R)
using 1 Bolt (A), 1 Spring Washer (B)
and 1 Flat Washer (C) per leg. Make
sure that the side with the triangle
supports are attached to the
back of the unit. Tighten all
bolts from steps 1 & 2 with
Allen Wrench (E) provided.

STEP 3

Attach Glass Pads (F) to tabs
on Table Top Frame (G).

STEP 4
Carefully place Glass Top (H)
down into Table Top Frame (G).
The assembly is now complete.
