This compact 7-day digital timer provides programmable time control for home appliances and
security devices. It features 8 programs with 20 options, a random on/off setting, British
summertime adjustment and 12/24-hour time display. Conforms to BS1363 & BS5733.

Functions
Press the CLOCK function key to exit the current
setting mode.
Press the PROG function key to enter the 8
different program modes.

Press the MODE ( ) function key to switch the
device between on/off and auto modes.
Press the WEEK, HOUR, MIN or SEC keys to set
the desired time for the different programs or
settings.
Press RESET (R) button to clear the device of
previously stored programs.
The green LED will illuminate when the device is connected to mains power.
The red LED will illuminate when the device is on, either in program mode or manual override.

Operating Instructions

Setting the time: The correct time and day of the week must be set prior to using the timer
for the first time.
Press CLOCK and WEEK at the same time until the correct day of the week is displayed.
Press CLOCK and HOUR at the same time until the correct hour is displayed.
Press CLOCK and MIN at the same time until the correct minutes are displayed.
Press CLOCK and sec at the same time until the correct seconds are displayed.
To choose 12 or 24 hour clock press the MIN and SEC keys at the same time.

Program Setting: There are 8 separate programs with 20 combinations available on this
unit.
Press PROG to enter the program setting mode. “1on” will be displayed to indication the first
program on the setting time. Using the WEEK key select the desired day/days you require the
program to switch on and then using the HOUR, MIN and SEC keys complete the time you
require the unit to turn on for program 1.
Press PROG again and “1off” will be displayed. Repeat the process above to select the time
you require the unit to turn off for program 1.
You can now repeat the two steps above for another 7 addition on/off programs if required.
There are many combinations of days in the WEEK settings including 7 days, Mon to Fri,
weekends only and so on allowing you to make the maximum use of your timer.

Timer ON/OFF modes:
Press the MODE button to switch the unit between ON, OFF and AUTO modes.
If the unit is on or off and you wish it to enter the program mode for that day or time then
press the MODE button to switch to AUTO mode.
Switching the unit to IN or OFF will enter permanent manual mode and bypass the timer
programs completely.

Special Functions:
Press the WEEK and HOUR keys at the same time and the unit will enter Random mode,
where it will adjust your set program times by anything from 2 to 32 minutes. This is useful
for use with lamps for when you are going away for long periods of time; meaning there is a
natural pattern to the lights being turned on and off, rather than at the exact same time every
day.
Press HOUR and DAY keys at the same time to enter and exist daylight savings time for British
summertime adjustment.

Warnings

• For reasons of electrical safety this device must never be cleaned with water or other
liquids or immersed in water.

• Please do not use this device if you find that it is damaged in any way.

• Do not attempt to repair this device or take apart under any circumstances, as this will

invalidate your warranty.

This product is classed as Electrical or Electronic equipment and should not be disposed with other

household or commercial waste at the end of its useful life. The goods must be disposed of according to

your local council guidelines.
