FUELPUMP SHUT-OFF SWITCH

Use“Regular”unleadedgasolinewith an (R+M)/2octanerating of87. Mercurydoes notrecommendusing“Regular”gasoline withan octaneratingof 86or lowerin high altitudeareas.
TIRE PRES SURE
Adjustthetire pressureto therecommended specificationsfoundon theSafetyCompliance CertificationLabel.Whencheckingpressure,use anaccuratetire pressuregauge. Checktire pressurewhenthe tiresare cold,afterthe vehiclehasbeen parkedfor atleastone houror hasbeen drivenlessthan 1mile (1.6km).
Warning:Improperlyinflatedtirescan affect

Todisengage,depressthe brakepedal orpressOFF.To seta higherspeed,press andholdSET +;releasewhen you’vereachedthe desiredspeed.
7| CHECK EN GINE
It'snormal forwarningand controllightsto illuminatewhenyou startyour engine.Ifthe lightremainson, haveyourvehicle servicedat yourfirst availableopportunity.Ifthe lightis flashing,itindicatesengine misfire, whichcoulddamage yourcatalyticconverter. Drivecautiously(avoiding heavyaccelerationand deceleration)andhaveyour vehicleservicedas soonas possible.
