supplied with each drawer.

Heate d Drawe r. Each dra wer features
adjus table slidi ng vents and individual
thermos tatic controls to hold a wide
variety o f hot foods safely fo r peak
serving per iods.

Fle xibi lity :

Ava ilable in 1-, 2-, an d 3- drawer
freestanding models bui lt of rug ged
stain less steel with durable nyl on rollers,
stain less steel slides, and heav y-duty
hardware. Each drawer has a recess ed
on/of f switch, thermostat , tempera ture
monit or, and ve nt slides to control
humid ity. S tandard 2 0¾” x 12¾” x 6”
(527 x 324 x 152 mm) pans lift straight out of
stand ard width units are supplie d with
each drawer. A larger food pan 20” x 15”
x 5” (508 x 381 x 127 mm) with drawer frame is
optio nal. Als o availab le as 1-, 2 -, and
3-drawe r built-i n units.

Freestan ding units come with 6’ (1829
mm) c ord and p lug. A 4’ (1219 mm)
flexi ble conduit is standard with built-in
units.

An op tional water/spillage pan and
splas h baffle are avail able to c reate a
humid ified env ironment.

Voltage:

120 v olts, single phase. Freesta nding,
model s use NEMA 5-15P. 20 8 and 240
volts availabl e, free standing models use
NEMA 6-15P. Expor t voltages available.
