Problem
Cooling function
does not work.

Cause
Contact is lost between the
plug and the socket.

is malfunctioning.

Solution
Plug firmly into the unit socket and
cigarette lighter.
Check whether the unit is plugged
into the power supply of 12V or
24V. Ensure that the battery power
is not too low.
Contact an authorized service agent
to replace the temperature sensor.

to replace the fan motor.
Place the unit in a shady and cool
place with good airflow.
Clean the ventilator and the
propeller to make sure the unit
has good ventilation
To prevent the unit breaking down,
