Firmware Update for Memorex Blu-Ray Player. (MVBD2510C):
1. Log onto our web site www.memorex.com
2. In the search window type in the model number MVBD2510, then click enter

3. The next window will display the MVBD2510, please click on the name of the player
and you will go to the features page. Please see image below.

4. Click on the Support tab, when the screen opens under customer care for MVBD2510,
click on < Click Here>. Please see image below.
5. On the product support page you will see Downloads and under that you will see
MVBD2510C firmware update July 2009, please click on it and save the file to your
desktop. Please see image below.
6. Unzip the firmware and burn the unzipped files on a blank CD-R disc.
Warning: do not burn the unzipped files on a blank CD+R /CD-RW/ CD+RW disc.
7. Turn on your player.

8. Press setup on the remote control for the player
9. On the setup page select general. Please see image below
10. On general select Update Firmware, please see image below:

11. On Update Firmware select CD-ROM, please see image below:
12. The player will open the tray and request for confirmation to apply the firmware, at
this point please insert your firmware disc and select yes, please see image below:

13. The player will start the update process and will read the firmware disc, on the
display of the player you will see updating and then flash, this is normal and means that
the update is being applied, please see images below:
This process takes from 5-10 minutes to complete, once the update finishes the player
will reboot and you will see the Memorex logo on screen and then the Blu-ray logo.
Warning: Do not interrupt the firmware process
