INSTALLATION
For a correct installation, turn the device o and read the following instructions.
1. Connect the GSM antenna to the SMA connector being careful not to over-
tighten.
2. Insert the SIM Card into the SIM holder. Be sure the SIM is inserted in the
correct way being careful of the SIM corner, with the golden contacts are
placed downwards.
3. Connect the Emergency Telephone to one of the TEL1 / TEL2 connector
present on the back side. The 2 connectors are connected together so there
is no dierence between the two ports.
4. Connect the power supply and turn the GSM Gateway on using the switch.
5. For use with Memco memcom or C100 emergency telephones, the setings >
System Cong > Alt. dial tone option must be ticked in the phone settings.

Regular situation: Check the good GSM signal level in order to call and receive the voice call (GSM LED ON or Blinking).
PIN required: enter the PIN code, described in the full manual available to download from www.memco-global.com.
To disable roaming:
Disconnect the emergency telephone and connect a standard DTMF telephone handset to terminal TEL1/TEL2. Lift the
handset, wait for the dial tone and dial the following code:

To enable roaming:
Disconnect the emergency telehone and connect a standard DTMF telephone handset to terminal TEL1/TEL2. Lift the
handset, wait for the dial tone and dial the following code:

Enabling roaming allows multi-network access, which could improve signal stability in some cases. Note that enabling
roaming near national borders could result in roaming charges from foreign networks.
DEVICE REBOOT
Authorized users can remote reboot the device with the following message: RESET
After the reception of the message, the device answers with an ACK message then it re-boot the device for a new GSM
network searching.
INFORMATION REQUEST
Authorized users can request to device information on the GSM operator, the quality of GSM signal and the back-up
battery status with the following SMS: INFO
The universal GSM Gateway will answer to the user with the following message:

INSTALLATION
Zur Installation, bitte Gerät ausschalten und die folgenden Schritte beachten.
1. Stecken Sie die GSM Antenne in den SMA Steckplatz, bitte nicht zu fest
anziehen.
2. Stecken Sie die SIM-Karte in den vorgesehenen Steckplatz. Vergewissern Sie
sich, dass die Kontakte nach unten weisen.
3. Verbinden Sie das Notruftelefon mit einem der beiden Steckplätze TEL1
oder TEL2 auf der Rückseite des Geräts. Beide Steckplätze sind identisch.
4. Verbinden Sie das GSM-Modul mit dem Netzstecker und schalten Sie es an.
5. Beim Einsatz mit Memcom oder C100 muss der Menüpunkt “alternativer
Wählton” unter Einstellungen>System Einstellungen<alternativer Wählton
aktiviert sein.

Prüfen Sie ob ausreichendes GSM Signal vorliegt um Anrufe abzusetzen und empfangen zu können (GSM LED an oder
blinkend).
PIN Eingabe: Geben Sie den PIN-Code ein (vollständige Beschreibung im Download Bereich auf www.memco-global.
com).
deaktivieren Roaming:
Netzbetreiber Code der SIM Karte eingeben indem das Notruftelefon abgesteckt und ein Standard DTMF Handapparat in
Anschluss TEL1/TEL2 eingesteckt wird. Dann folgenden Code eingeben:

23402 für O2 Netz; 23415 für Vodafone; 23420 für 3; 23430 für T-Mobile; 23433 für Orange/E Plus.
um Roaming zu ermöglichen:
Trennen Sie die Verbindung zwischen Notruftelefon und GSM und schliessen Sie einen standard DTMF Handaparat an
Terminal TEL1/TEL2 an. Hörer abnehmen, auf Wählton warten und den folgenden Code eingeben:

Durch aktivieren des Roamings kann das Gerät auf verschiedene Netze zugreifen (falls auf SIM Karte verfügbar), was
in manchen Fällen eine Verbesserung der Netzstärke zur Folge hat. Bei Installation in Grenznähe, können zusätzlich
Roamingkosten durch ausländische Netze anfallen.
WERKSEINSTELLUNGEN
Autorisierte Nutzer können das Gerät mit dem Code: RESET in die Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen: RESET
Nach eingegebenem Code antwortet das Gerät mit einer ACK Message und verbindet sich eneut mit dem GSM-Netz..
GERÄTEINFORMATION ABFRAGEN
Um den Gerätestatus bezüglich des Netzwerbetreibers,
Signalstärke und Ladezustand der Batterie abzufragen, senden Sie eine SMS mit folgendem Code: INFO

INSTALACIÓN
Para realizar la instalación correctamente, apague el dispositivo y siga las siguientes instrucciones.
1. Conecte la antena GSM al conector SMA con cuidado de no tensar los
cables.
2. Inserte la tarjeta SIM en la ranura provista para ello. Asegúrese que la tarjeta
SIM se introduce en el sentido correcto, comprobando la posición de la
esquina cortada y los contactos dorados hacia abajo.
3. Conecte el teléfono de emergencia en uno de los conectores TEL1 o TEL2
de la parte posterior de la unidad. Los 2 conectores están comunicados, de
modo que no hay diferencia entre los dos puertos.
4. Conecte la alimentación y encienda el enlace GSM utilizando el interruptor.
5. Si va a utilizar este enlace con los teléfonos de emergencia Memco C100 o
Memcom, active en la programación del teléfono la opción: Ajustes>Cong
sistema>Otro tono marc.

Situación normal: Compruebe el nivel de recepción de señal GSM para recibir y realizar llamadas de voz (LED GSM ON o
parpadeando).
Se requiere PIN: Anule la solicitud de código PIN de la tarjeta SIM o introduzca el código PIN en el enlace GSM del
siguiente modo: Introduzca la tarjeta SIM en el enlace; desconecte la telealarma del GSM y conecte un teléfono estándar
de tonos DTMF; descuelgue el teléfono y marque los cuatro dígitos del PIN seguidos de # (ejemplo 1234#). Si es correcto
oirá un tono continuado dos veces; desconecte el teléfono y conecte de nuevo la telealarma.
Para deshabilitar el roaming:
Desconecte el teléfono de emergencia del enlace y conecte un teléfono estándar con auricular que use tonos DTMF en
uno de los enchufes TEL1 o TEL2 del enlace. Descuelgue el teléfono, espere el tono de llamada y marque los siguientes
códigos:

el código del operador es el código PLMN (public land mobile network). Por ejemplo, en España: 2 1 4 0 1 para
Vodafone; 2 1 4 0 7 para Movistar; 2 1 4 0 3 para Orange. Consulte el código PLMN (o códigos MCC/MNC) para encontrar
otros operadores y otros países
Para habilitar el roaming:
Desconecte el teléfono de emergencia del enlace y conecte un teléfono estándar con auricular que use tonos DTMF en
uno de los enchufes TEL1 o TEL2 del enlace. Descuelgue el teléfono, espere el tono de llamada y marque los siguientes
códigos:
# # 1 1 1 1 # 1 # 1 #
Habilitando el roaming se permite el acceso a múltiples redes de diversos operadores. Ello puede ayudar a mejorar la
estabilidad de la señal en algunos casos. Tenga en cuenta que cerca de las fronteras nacionales esto podría acarrear
cargos por roaming en redes móviles extranjeras.
REINICIO DEL DISPOSITIVO
Los usuarios autorizados podrán reiniciar el dispositivo a distancia mediante el siguiente mensaje: RESET
Tras recibir el mensaje, el dispositivo responderá con un mensaje de reconocimiento ACK y a continuación se reiniciará
para buscar una nueva red GSM.
SOLICITUD DE INFORMACIÓN
Los usuarios autorizados podrán solicitar al dispositivo que les informe sobre el operador GSM, la calidad de la señal
GSM y el estado de la batería mediante el siguiente mensaje de SMS: INFO

INSTALLAZIONE
Per una corretta installazione del dispositivo, segui i punti descritti di seguito, con il 2G GSM Gateway Lift QB spento.
1. Collegare l’antenna all’unità GSM usando il connettore SMA assicurandosi di
collegare il tutto correttamente.
2. Inserisci la carta SIM nella sede porta SIM. Posiziona la carta SIM in modo
da inserire l’angolo tagliato all’interno del dispositivo ed i contatti dorati
rivolti verso il basso. Falla scorrere no al completo inserimento, in modo
da far scattare il meccanismo di blocco. In caso di dicoltà non forzare, ma
prova a re-inserire la carta SIM.
3. Collega il combinatore telefonico ad una delle porte TEL1 / TEL2 utilizzando
il cavo telefonico trovato nella confezione.
4. Alimentare l’unità e accenderla usando l’interruttore
5. Per l’utilizzo con i telefoni d’emergenza Memcom o C100, selezionare:
Settings> System Cong> Alt. L’opzione tono di composizione deve risultare
spuntata nelle impostazioni del telefono.
2.1 PRIMA ACCENSIONE
Dopo pochi secondi dall’accensione, al termine dell’autotest, voi potete vericare una delle seguenti condizioni:

Situazione corretta: appurata la buona qualità del segnale GSM, (led GSM Acceso oppure Lampeggiante) puoi iniziare a
chiamare e ricevere chiamate.
Richiesta PIN: Inserire il codice PIN, riportato sul manuale completo disponibile su www.memco-global.com
Per disattivare il roaming:
Scollegare il telefono di emergenza e collegare un telefono standard a toni DTMF al terminale TEL1 / TEL2. Sollevare il
ricevitore, attendere il segnale di linea e comporre il codice seguente:

Per attivare il roaming:
Scollegare il telefono d’emergenza e collegare un telefono a toni DTMF al terminale TEL1 / TEL2. Sollevare il ricevitore,
attendere il segnale di linea e comporre il codice seguente:

L’attivazione del roaming permette l’accesso multi-rete ed è in grado, in alcuni casi, di migliorare la stabilità del segnale.
Si noti che il roaming in prossimità delle frontiere nazionali può comportare oneri da parte di reti di operatori esteri
REBOOT DEL DISPOSITIVO
Gli utenti autorizzati potranno inviare il messaggio SMS: RESET per un riavvio del dispositivo per
una nuova registrazione alla rete GSM. GSM Gateway ricevuto l’SMS, vericherà se l’utente che ha inviato il messaggio
è un utente autorizzato, in caso positivo eettuerà un re-boot del dispositivo.Prima di eettuare il reset, il dispositivo
risponderà con il messaggio ACK all’utente che ne ha richiesto il riavvio.
RICHIESTA INFORMAZIONI
Gli utenti autorizzati potranno inviare il messaggio SMS: INFO per richiedere al dispositivo informazioni inerenti
l’operatore GSM, la qualità del segnale GSM e lo stato della batteria di back-up. GSM Gateway ricevuto l’SMS, vericherà
se l’utente che ha inviato il messaggio è un utente autorizzato, in caso positivo isponderà all’utente che ne fatto richiesta
con il seguente messaggio:

Quelques secondes après la mise sous tension, à la n de l’auto-test, vous verrez une des 3 situations suivantes.

Pour une installation correcte, éteignez le dispositif et lisez les instructions suivantes.
1. Connecter l’antenne GSM sur le connecteur SMA en faisant attention de ne pas le
visser trop fort.
2. Insérer la carte SIM dans l’emplacement prévu. S’assurer que la SIM soit insérée du
bon côté, avec la partie des contacts dorés vers le bas.
3. Connecter le téléphone de secours sur le connecteur TEL1 ou TEL2 situé sur la face
arrière du GSM. Ces 2 connecteurs sont reliés ensemble donc pas de diérence
entre ces 2 ports.
4. Connecter l’alimentation sur le GSM et actionner l’interrupteur situé sur le côté de
l’appareil.
5. Pour l’utilisation avec les téléphones de secours Memco Memcom ou C100,
l’option Paramètres > Cong Système > Tonalité alt. doit être cochée dans le menu
de programmation du produit.

Situation régulière: Vériez le bon niveau de signal GSM pour appeler et recevoir l’appel de vocal (LED GSM allumée ou
Clignotante).
Code PIN nécessaire: entrer le code PIN, comme expliqué dans le manuel disponible sur www.memco-global.com, ou
annuler le.
Supprimer l’itinérance roaming:
Débranchez le téléphone de secours et connectez un combiné téléphonique DTMF sur l’entrée TEL1/TEL2. Décrochez
le combiné, attendez la tonalité et composez le code suivant :

Activer l’itinérance (roaming):
Débranchez le téléphone de secours et connectez un combiné téléphonique DTMF sur l’entrée TEL1/TEL2. Décrochez
le combiné, attendez la tonalité et composez le code suivant :

L’activation de l’itinérance(roaming) permet un accès multi-réseau, qui peut améliorer la stabilité du signal dans certains.
Notez qu’en activant l’itinérance près des frontières nationales, des frais supplémentaires peuvent être ajoutés par les
réseaux téléphoniques étrangers.
REDEMARRAGE SYSTEME
Les utilisateurs autorisés peuvent réamorcer à distance le dispositif avec le message suivant: RESET
Après la réception du message, le dispositif répond avec un message ACK alors il réamorce le dispositif pour une
nouvelle recherche de réseau GSM.
DEMANDE D’INFORMATION
Les utilisateurs autorisés peuvent demander des informations sur le dispositif et sur sur l’opérateur GSM, la qualité de
signal GSM et le statut de batterie de secours avec le SMS suivant INFO

Montáž
1. Připojte GSM anténu k SMA konektoru. Připevňujte opatrně, aby nedošlo
k přílišnému napnutí kabelu.
2. Vložte SIM kartu do držáku. Ujistěte se, že karta je vložena správným
způsobem a pozlacené kontakty směřují dolů.
3. Připojte komunikátor k jednomu z konektorů TEL1/TEL2 umístěných na
zadní straně. Oba konektory jsou propojeny a mezi oběma porty není
žádný rozdíl.
4. Připojte napěťový zdroj a přepínačem zapněte zařízení.
5. Při použití s nouzovými telefony Memco memcom nebo C100 musí být v
nastavení telefonu zaškrtnuta možnost Nastavení > Kong. systému >Alt.
tón.volba .
Pro správné provedení montáže vypněte zařízení a přečtěte si následující pokyny.
Vyžadován PIN
Po několika vteřinách od zapnutí, až skončí autotest zařízení, uvidíte jednu z následujících situací.

Obvyklá situace: zkontrolujte dobrou úroveň signálu GSM, aby mohly být odesílány/přijímány hlasové hovory (LED
indikátor GSM trvale svítí nebo bliká).
Vyžadován PIN: zadejte PIN kód tak, jak je uvedeno v úplném manuálu (k dispozici na www.memco-global.com)
Pro deaktivaci roamingu:
Odpojte nouzový telefon a připojte standartní DTMF telefonní set k terminálům TEL1/TEL2. Zvedněte sluchátko, počkejte
na vytáčecí tón a vytočte následující kód:

Pro povolení roamingu:
Odpojte nouzový telefon a připojte standartní DTMF telefonní set k terminálům TEL1/TEL2. Zvedněte sluchátko, počkejte
na vytáčecí tón a vytočte následující kód:

Povolení roamingu umožní přístup přes více sítí, což může v některých případech zlepšit stabilitu signálu. Mějte na
vědomí, že povolení roamingu poblíž státních hranic může vést k účtování poplatků ze zahraničních sítí
Restartování zařízení
Oprávnění uživatelé mohou dálkově restartovat zařízení pomocí následující zprávy: RESET
Po přijetí zprávy zařízení odpoví zprávou ACK a následně zahájí restart s novým vyhledáním sítě GSM.
Žádost o informace
Oprávnění uživatelé mohou pomocí následující zprávy požádat zařízení o informaci ohledně operátora GSM, kvality GSM
signálu a stavu záložní baterie: INFO
Brána GSM odpoví uživateli následující zprávou:
