Tips for Best Use
NOTE: Cover will become cloudy with use.
• For best flavor, store coffee beans in an airtight container.
• Grind only the amount of beans that you need for brewing, since the flavor and smell of ground coffee changes with exposure to air and other food items.
• Grind amounts will vary by cup setting and grind setting.
• To ensure optimal grinding performance, allow burr grinder to cool for at least 1 minute between uses.

Coffee flavor and strength is a personal
preference. Vary the type of coffee beans, amount of coffee, and fineness of grind to find the flavor you prefer.
• If espresso is brewing too fast in your pump machine, lower the grind setting.
• Use lower numbers on grind setting dial when grinding light, dry beans.
• Use higher numbers on grind setting dial when grinding dark, oily beans.
