ACCIDENTS FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN! Never leave children unattended with
the packaging material. Risk of suffocation. Keep children
away from the product.

DANGER OF DEATH! Children should
not be allowed to handle batteries. Do not leave batteries
lying around. There is a danger that they may be swallowed
by children or pets. If batteries are swallowed, seek medical
advice immediately.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
Do not use the product if you notice any signs of damage.
DANGER OF FIRE! The batteries must
not be short-circuited. Otherwise this might lead to over-
heating, fire or bursting.
DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never
throw batteries into fire or water. Never attempt to recharge
single-use batteries! The batteries might explode.
Leaking or damaged batteries may cause burns
to the skin when touched; in such cases it is
essential to wear appropriate protective gloves.
Remove used batteries from the device. Very old or used bat-
teries may leak. The chemical fluid can damage the product.
Remove the batteries from the device if this is not going to
be used for a prolonged period.
Always use batteries of the same type (see the section
“Technical specifications”).
Check the batteries regularly for signs of expiry.
Never expose the product to high temperatures or moisture,
as otherwise the product may be damaged.
Ensure that the product is not subjected to a mechanical load!
Please contact a qualified electrician in the case of damage,
repairs or other problems with the light.
Do not mix old batteries with new ones for using.
CAUTION! RISK OF OVERHEATING! Do not operate
the light set whilst it is still in the packaging.
After use, place the light set back in the packaging to
avoid it becoming unintentionally damaged.
This article does not contain any parts which can be
serviced by the user. The bulbs cannot be replaced.
The string lights must not be electrically connected to
another set of lights.
Never connect the light set directly to a 230 V mains supply.

Use a feather duster for cleaning purposes.
Do not clean the light with water or other liquids.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials,
which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details
of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of
the product properly when it has reached the end
of its useful life and not in the household waste.
Information on collection points and their opening
hours can be obtained from your local authority.
Faulty or used batteries must be recycled in accordance with
Directive 2006 / 66 / EC. Please return the batteries and / or
the device to the available collection points.
Environmental damage through incorrect
disposal of the batteries!
Pb
Batteries may not be disposed of with the usual domestic waste.
They may contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The chemical
symbols for heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium,
Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose of
used batteries at a local collection point.

ONNETTOMUUSVAARA! Älä koskaan
jätä lapsia pakkausmateriaalin kanssa ilman

aikuisten valvontaa. On olemassa tukehtumisvaara. Pidä
lapset pois tuotteen ulottuvilta.
HENGENVAARA! Paristot eivät kuulu
lasten käsiin. Älä jätä paristoja levälleen. On olemassa
vaara, että lapset tai lemmikkieläimet nielevät ne. Käänny
tässä tapauksessa heti lääkärin puoleen.
Laitetta voivat käyttää 8 vuotta täyttäneet lapset ja henkilöt,
jotka ovat fyysisiltä tai psyykkisiltä kyvyiltääntai aisteiltaan
rajoittuneita tai joilla ei ole kokemusta tai tietoa laitteen
käytöstä, jos he käyttävät laitettavalvonnan alaisina tai
heitä on opastettu laitteen turvallisessa käytössä ja he
ovat tietoisia laitteeseen liittyvistä vaaroista. Lapset eivät
saa leikkiä laitteella. Lapset eivät saa puhdistaa tai
huoltaa laitetta ilman valvontaa.
Älä käytä tuotetta, jos toteat siinä jotain vaurioita.
TULIPALOVAARA! Paristoja ei saa
oikosulkea. Siitä voi olla seurauksena ylikuumentuminen,
palovaara tai halkeaminen.
RÄJÄHDYSVAARA! Älä koskaan heitä
paristoja tuleen tai veteen. Älä missään tapauksessa lataa
ei ladattavia paristoja! Paristot voivat räjähtää.
Vuotaneet ja vaurioituneet paristot voivat
ihokosketuksessa aiheuttaa syövytystä; käytä
siksi tässä tapauksessa aina ehdottomasti
sopivia suojakäsineitä.
Poista kuluneet paristot laitteesta. Hyvin vanhat ja kuluneet
paristot voivat vuotaa. Ulosvuotava kemiallinen neste
vaurioittaa tuotteen.
Poista paristot laitteesta, jos sitä ei käytetä pitempään aikaan.
Käytä vain samantyyppisiä paristoja (katso kappale
”Tekniset tiedot”).
Tarkista paristot säännöllisesti, ettei niissä ole havaittavissa
merkkejä vuotamisesta.
Älä koskaan altista tuotetta korkeille lämpötiloille ja
kosteudelle, koska tuote voi muuten vaurioitua.
Estä tuotteen mekaaninen rasitus!
Mikäli havaitset vaurioita valaisimessa, siinä esiintyy ongel-
mia tai se on korjattava, käänny sähköliikkeen puoleen.
Älä käytä vanhoja ja uusia paristoja yhdessä.
VARO! YLIKUUMENTUMISVAARA! Älä käytä
valoketjua pakkauksessaan.
Säilytä valoketju käytön jälkeen aina pakkauksessaan.
Näin vältät tahattomat vauriot.
Tämä tuote ei sisällä mitään osia, jotka käyttäjä voisi
huoltaa itse. Valonlähteitä ei voida vaihtaa.
Valoketjua ei saa yhdistää sähköisesti toiseen valoketjuun.
Älä koskaan liitä valoketjua suoraan 230 V liitäntään.
