Introduction
The instructions for use are to be consid­ered as part of the product. They contain
important information concerning safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all of the safety information and instructions for use. The product must only be used as described and for the stated fields of appli­cation. Keep all the safety advice and instruction in a safe place for future reference. If you pass the product on to third parties, please give them all of the documentation as well.
Proper use
The device is suitable only for use in indoor and outdoor environments. This product is intended for use in private, domestic enviroment only and not for commercial purposes. Other uses or modification of the product shall be considered as improper use and could lead to injury or damage. The manufacturer accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from improper use.

In the case of material damage or personal injury caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions, no liability is accepted!

Never leave children unsupervised with the
packaging material. The packaging material
represents a danger of suffocation. Children
frequently underestimate the dangers. Please keep children away from the device at all times.
This product is not a toy. It does not belong in
the hands of children. Children are not able to appreciate the dangers associated with using the product.
Children or other individuals who do not know
or have no experience of handling this device, or whose physical, sensory or mental abilities are restricted, must not use the device without supervision or instruction by an individual responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the device.

Ensure that the product is installed by suitably
experienced or qualified persons only.
CAUTION! RISK OF OVERHEATING! Do
not operate the string lights inside the packag­ing.
After use, keep the string lights in the packaging
to prevent unwanted damage.
Do not pull the light chain cable and make sure
it is laid down properly so that no one walks or trips over it.
The product can be used on all surfaces officially
classified as being of “normal flammability“.
Do not attach any other objects to the product.
Avoid the danger of death from electric shock!
Before use, ensure that the mains voltage
available is the same as the required operating voltage for the device (230 V∼).
Before connecting the device to the mains you
should always check the string lights and the mains lead for any damage.
Never use the light set if you discover that it is
damaged in any way.
This light set‘s external flexible tube is non-
replaceable. Hence if it becomes damaged you must dispose of the entire light set.
This article does not contain any parts which
can be serviced by the user. The bulbs cannot be replaced.
Only use the string lights with the supplied
power pack for the type (Model No. TH-P2410); all warranty claims will otherwise expire.
Never open any of the electrical parts or insert
any kind of object into them.
Protect the mains cable from sharp edges,
mechanical loads and hot surfaces.
Do not install with sharp fasteners or nails. Always unplug the power pack from the socket
before installation, dismantling or cleaning.
Never touch the light chain plug or the light
chain itself with wet hands.
The string lights must not be electrically con-
nected to another set of lights.
If the string lights are not in use for any length
of time (e.g. holidays), disconnect them from the power supply.
If you have any questions about the product or
are unsure about any of its aspects, please seek the advice of an electrical equipment specialist.
This product is intended for use outdoors but
should be plugged into a socket which is located in an indoor location (e. g. a shed, garage or porch).
The socket into which this product is plugged
must be protected by a residual current circuit breaker (RCD) with a trip current not greater than 30 mA.
Sockets positioned outdoors for use with this
product should be of a type which is adequately waterproof for an outdoor location and should be located at least 2.5 m from the nearest body of water or any location where water may collect.
Use
Note: The bulbs are connected in series. If one
bulb is defective, up to ten bulbs may not light up.
Insert the plug on end of the light set into the
socket of the mains adapter down the connecting nut

Insert the mains adapter 2 into the mains
socket.
The light set 1 is switched on. Pull the mains adapter 2 out of the mains
socket to switch off the light set

For reasons of electrical safety the device must never be cleaned with water or other liquids or immersed in water.

Do not use any solvents, petrol or similar items.
This would damage the device.
Only a dry, lint-free cloth should be used for
cleaning.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please
dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
