packaging material. The packaging material
represents a danger of suffocation. Children
frequently underestimate the dangers. Please
keep children away from the device at all

This appliance can be used by children aged

or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning

device apart. Improper repairs may place the

In the event of a battery leak, immediately
remove it from the device to prevent damage.
Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous
membranes. In the event of contact with battery
acid, thoroughly flush the affected area with
clean water and seek immediate medical
attention.
Avoid extreme conditions and temperatures
which may impact batteries, e.g. radiators!
Remove the battery from the device if it is not
going to be used for extended periods.
Risk of property damage
Use only the recommended battery type!
When inserting the battery ensure the correct
polarity! This is indicated on the battery com-
partment.
If necessary, clean the battery and device
contacts before inserting the battery.
Promptly remove drained batteries from the
product.

The battery charging period using the solar cell
depends on the intensity of the sunlight and the
angle incidence of the light on the solar cell

possible to the angle of light incidence. In this
way you will receive the highest light levels.
Note: For the best results, put the light in a
place where the solar cell

Cleaning and maintenance
Under no circumstances should you use liquids
or detergents, as these will damage the device.
The device should only be cleaned on the out-
side with a soft dry cloth.
Turn the lamp around (see Fig. B).

The warranty for this device is 3 years from the
date of purchase. Should this device show any fault
in materials or manufacture within three years from
the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it at our choice - free of charge to you.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
product.

subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered
consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or

Nenechávejte děti nikdy samotné s obalovým

Tento přístroj mohou používat děti starší osmi

Nikdy neházejte baterie do ohně nebo do vody.
Nevystavujte baterie mechanickému zatížení.
Nebezpečí vytečení baterie
V případě vytečení baterie ji ihned odstraňte z
výrobku, aby jste zamezili jeho poškození.
Vyhýbejte se kontaktu baterií nebo uniklé kyse-
liny s pokožkou, očima a sliznicemi. Při kontaktu s kyselinou baterií ihned omyjte postižená
místa dostatečným množstvím čisté vody a
okamžitě vyhledejte lékařskou pomoc.
Zabraňte extrémním podmínkám a teplotám,
např. u topných těles, které mohou negativně
ovlivnit funkci baterií.
Odstraňte baterie ze zařízení v případě, že se
zařízení delší dobu nepoužívá.
Nebezpečí věcných škod
Používejte výhradně udaný typ baterií!
Při vložení dbejte na správnou polaritu! Polari-
ta je vyznačená v přihrádce na baterie.
V případě potřeby vyčistěte před vložením
kontakty baterie a přístroje.
Vybité baterie odstraňte ihned z přístroje.
Montáž
Otočte světlo (viz obr. B).
Otevřete kryt 6 (viz obr. B).
Nasaďte nejdříve stabilizátor 8 do držáku 9.
Roztáhněte lampion.
Nastrčte druhý konec stabilizátoru do držáku 7,
na zadní straně krytu (spodní strana) (viz obr. D).
Uzavřete kryt (spodní strana).
Při použití solárního článku je životnost akumu-
látorů závislá na intenzitě slunečního záření a
jeho úhlu dopadu na solární článek
plném nabití akumulátorů svítí solární lampion
cca 6 hodin.
Umístěte solární článek 10 tak, aby na něj
dopadalo sluneční světlo pokud možno kolmo.
Tím zajistíte nejvyšší intenzitu ozáření.
Upozornění: Pro dosažení optimálního vý-
sledku postavte světlo pokud možno na místo,
na kterém je solární článek
ný přímému slunečnímu záření. Nevěšte světlo
do stromů, pod přístřešky, atd., tato místa brání
dopadu slunečních paprsků. Umístěte světlo
tak, aby nebyl solární článek
zastíněný.
Upozornění: Zajistěte, aby nebyl solární
článek rušený jiným zdrojem světla, např.
osvětlením dvora nebo pouličním osvětlením,
jinak se při soumraku světlo nezapne.

Odstranění do odpadu
Obal se skládá zekologických materiálů, které můžete zlikvidovat prostřednictvím místních sběren recyklovatelných

Pb = olovo. Proto odevzdejte vybité baterie u
komunální sběrny.
Záruka
Záruka platí na vady materiálu a výrobní vady. Tato
záruka se nevztahuje na díly výrobku podléhající
opotřebení (např. na baterie), dále na poškození
křehkých, choulostivých dílů, např. vypínačů, akumulátorů nebo dílů zhotovených ze skla.
Výrobek byl vyroben snejvyšší pečlivostí podle
přísných kvalitativních směrnic a před odesláním
prošel výstupní kontrolou. V případě závad máte
možnost uplatnění zákonných práv vůči prodejci.
Vaše práva ze zákona nejsou omezena naší níže
uvedenou zárukou.

Sicherheitshinweise
für Batterien
LEBENSGEFAHR!
Batterien gehören nicht in Kinderhände. Suchen
Sie im Falle eines Verschluckens sofort einen
Arzt auf.
VORSICHT! EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR!
Laden Sie nicht aufladbare Batterien niemals
wieder auf, schließen Sie sie nicht kurz
und / oder öffnen Sie sie nicht.
Werfen Sie Batterien niemals in Feuer oder
Wasser.
Setzen Sie Batterien keiner mechanischen
Belastung aus.
Montage
Drehen Sie die Laterne um (siehe Abb. B).
Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung 6 (siehe Abb. B).
Stecken Sie zunächst den Stabilisator 8 in die
Halterung

in die Halterung

Batterie einsetzen / wechseln
Gefahr des Auslaufens der Batterie
Im Falle eines Auslaufens der Batterie entfernen
Sie diese sofort aus dem Gerät, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Haut, Augen
und Schleimhäuten. Spülen Sie bei Kontakt mit
Batteriesäure die betroffenen Stellen sofort mit
reichlich klarem Wasser und suchen Sie umgehend einen Arzt auf.
Vermeiden Sie extreme Bedingungen und
Temperaturen, die auf die Batterie einwirken
können z. B. auf Heizkörpern.
Entfernen Sie die Batterie, wenn sie längere
Zeit nicht verwendet worden ist, aus dem
Gerät.
Gefahr der Sachbeschädigung
Ausschließlich den angegebenen Batterietyp
verwenden!
Achten Sie beim Einlegen auf die richtige Pola-
rität! Diese wird im Batteriefach angezeigt.
Reinigen Sie Batterie- und Gerätekontakt vor
dem Einlegen falls erforderlich.
Entfernen Sie eine verbrauchte Batterie
umgehend aus dem Gerät.

Bedienung
Drücken Sie den ON / OFF-Schalter 5, um
die Leuchte einzuschalten (siehe Abb. C).
Die Ladedauer der Akkus bei Nutzung der Solar-
zelle ist abhängig von der Lichtintensität der
Sonnenstrahlung und dem Einfallwinkel des
Lichts auf die Solarzelle
des Solarlampions beträgt bei voll geladenen
Akkus ca. 6 Stunden.
Platzieren Sie die Solarzelle 10 möglichst senk-
recht zum Lichteinfallwinkel. So erhalten Sie die
höchste Strahlungsintensität.
Hinweis: Um ein optimales Ergebnis zu erzie-
len, platzieren Sie die Leuchte an einem Ort,
an dem die Solarzelle
rektem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt ist. Hängen Sie
die Leuchte nicht in Bäume oder unter
Vordächer etc., dies vermindert den Einfall von
Sonnenlicht. Positionieren Sie die Leuchte so,
dass die Solarzelle
beschattet wird.
Hinweis: Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Solarzel-
le nicht von einer anderen Lichtquelle, wie z.B.
Hof- oder Straßenbeleuchtung, beeinflusst
wird, da sich das Licht sonst in der Dämmerung
nicht einschaltet.

Reinigung und Pflege
Verwenden Sie in keinem Fall Flüssigkeiten und
keine Reinigungsmittel, da diese das Gerät
beschädigen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur äußerlich mit einem
weichen trockenen oder leicht angefeuchteten
Tuch.

Umweltschäden durch falsche
Entsorgung der Batterien!

Batterien dürfen nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt
werden. Sie können giftige Schwermetalle enthalten
und unterliegen der Sondermüllbehandlung. Die
chemischen Symbole der Schwermetalle sind wie
folgt: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Quecksilber, Pb = Blei.
Geben Sie deshalb verbrauchte Batterien bei einer
kommunalen Sammelstelle ab.

Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt war.
Künstliche Lichtquellen wie Straßenbeleuchtung

Platzieren Sie die Leuchte an einer Stelle, wo
sie vor künstlichen Lichtquellen geschützt ist.
Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien, die Sie über die örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen können.
Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten
Produkts erfahren Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde oder
Stadtverwaltung.
Werfen Sie Ihr Produkt, wenn es ausgedient hat, im Interesse des Umweltschutzes nicht in den Hausmüll, sondern
führen Sie es einer fachgerechten Entsorgung zu. Über Sammelstellen und deren
Öffnungszeiten können Sie sich bei Ihrer
zuständigen Verwaltung informieren.

Kaufdatum. Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Original Kassenbon
gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den
Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum
dieses Produkts ein Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler
auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl –
für Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantie
verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder gewartet wurde.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf
Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt
sind (z. B. Batterien) und daher als Verschleißteile
angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen
an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus oder
die aus Glas gefertigt sind.
Defekte oder verbrauchte Batterien müssen gemäß
Richtlinie 2006 / 66 / EC recycelt werden. Geben
Sie Batterien und / oder das Gerät über die angebotenen Sammeleinrichtungen zurück.
