M1711 Upgrade Guide

I. Preparation

Hardware

1、Computer（suggest configuration ：CPU Dual-core、memory 2G or more、Hard disk 250G

or more、WIN7 OS）

2、Data cable

3、Cellphone（Power 30% or more）

Software （Access FTP to download FTP link: http://mzsoft.meizu.com）

1、Flyme firmware、engineer firmware
2、Upgrade tools（Include : SFC tool、Firmware upgrade tool）

3、Upgrade driver（include: Driver_Auto_Install_v1.352.00、ePass2003 softdog driver）
4、Running environment：

➀ Microsoft.NET Framework4: dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64。

➁ Microsoft Visual C++：vcredist_X64。

5、Connected VPN

II. Handset Drivers Installation

Access http://mzsoft.meizu.com and access to Meizu All Model Repair Tool, then find the
Sub folder “Universal driver”. All the driver can be download in this subfolder.

As below picture:

1、1. Install the Driver_Auto_Installer_v1.352.00. (If the driver for the MX4 is installed,
skip this step)Open the Driver_Auto_Installer_v1.352.00 and double-click Install.

The same dialogue window will pop up three to four times. Select “Always install
the driver” every time to proceed with the installation:
