MEIKO's new M-iQ redefines dishwashing technology.
Intelligent, innovative and efficient, the M-iQ provides maximum
cleaning effectiveness, minimizes water, energy and chemical
consumption, and employs advanced technology
for a dramatically reduced environmental impact.
Building on an 80-year tradition of cutting-edge engineering,
MEIKO's M-iQ marks the peak of dishwashing innovation.
M-iQ filter technology
M-iQ airflow management
M-iQ tank management
The heart of the M-iQ system is
its revolutionary filtration technology. Food waste is actively
and continuously removed from
the wash water.
Each tank features a multiplestage filtration process that first
collects food soil, then flushes it
out of the tank completely in
high-pressure cycles.
Reducing the level of soil in the
wash water improves performance,
eases cleanup and reduces detergent consumption by up to 50%.
MEIKO's M-iQ features an
advanc ed, fu lly integr ated
airflow system that dramatically
reduces the amount of air
exhausted by the machine.
Depending on the configuration
and site conditions, exhaust air
volume reduction can be as high
90%.
as
M-iQ also uses multiple techno-
logies to reduce the moisture
content of the air exhausted
from the machine.
All tanks are equipped with the
M-iQ filtration system and interconnecting plumbing. Water levels
are monitored and controlled
intelligently and automatically.
Rather than depending on the
standard cascading system to
maintain the proper water level,
M-iQ will automatically divert
water to any area of the machine
that is necessary to maintain
optimum level control and soil
distribution.
M-iQ load section cleaning
During machine operation, an
interval-based cascade of water
pushes food soil directly into a
single, small, easy-to-remove
scrap tray.
This is more effective and
efficient than a continuous spray,
and much quicker to clean than a
full-width tray or drip pan.
