1. Before assembly, CAREFULLY use scissors or utility knife to cut and unwrap all parts. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DISCARD THE HARDWARE.
2. Make sure that you have all the parts listed. 1. Read all of the instructions before using this appliance. If the information in this manual is not followed, an electric shock or fire may result causing property damage, personal injury, or loss of life.
2. If for any reason this product requires service, a certified technician should conduct the service.
3. Remove all packaging material before operation. This includes adhesive tape holding the wine cooler accessories and packaging support accessible from behind the wood cabinet. Plastic bags, screws, etc. should be kept out of the reach of children.
4. This product must be properly installed in accordance with the installation instructions before it is used. See installation section.
5. Insure use of a suitable power outlet (115V ~60Hz 15A) with proper grounding. Avoid the use of three plug adaptors and do not alter the plug under any circumstance.
6. Avoid the use of an extension cord because of potential safety hazards under certain conditions. If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounding plug and a 3-slot outlet that will accept the plug. The marked rating of the extension cord must be equal or greater that the electrical rating of the appliance.
7. Never unplug the unit by pulling on the power cord. Always grasp the plug firmly and pull straight out from the socket.
8. Repair or replace immediately, all electric cords that have become frayed or otherwise damaged. Do not use a cord that shows cracks or abrasion damage along its length, the plug or the connector end.
9. Do not store or operate your wine cooler in the presence of gasoline, or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
10. Do not store food in the wine cooler as the interior temperature may not be cool enough to prevent spoilage.
11. Unplug your wine cooler before cleaning or before making any repairs. Never clean the unit with any acid preparation, medical dilution, gasoline, oil or any other chemical substance that could damage the cooler.
12. Do not block ventilation areas located on the Wine Cooler and the wood cabinet under any circumstance.

1. Unpacking the Wine Cellar:
a. Your Wine Cooler comes fully assembled inside the corresponding wood cabinet b. Unpack the unit at close proximity of it’s final location to avoid damage while moving the unit. c. Insure that all packaging and printed materials are disposed before operation of the unit. i. There is protective Styrofoam packaging located inside the back of the wood cabinet which must be removed before operating the unit to insure proper ventilation of the coolers. ii. There is packaging located inside the cooler holding the wine racks which must be removed. iii. A large plastic bag may cover this unit for protection. Please dispose of this large plastic bag
carefully to not discard in any area accessible to children to prevent suffocation hazard.
2. Selecting a Location:
a. This unit is for Interior Home-Use only. To minimize the risk of rusting, leakage and insulation damage, avoid placing the unit in a place where heavy moisture is present. Under no circumstances spill or directly apply water onto or into the unit. b. Do not install this unit in any location not properly insulated or heated (such as a garage) c. Select a suitable location for the unit on a hard even surface away from direct sunlight or heat source (ie. radiators, baseboard heaters, cooking appliances, etc.) and avoid placing the unit where there may be electrical interference.
3. Installation :

4. Venting:
a. The wine cooler is rated for built-in use. However, proper ventilation must still be maintained in order to insure the proper function and reliability of the unit. b. There are vents and openings strategically located on the wood cabinet in order to insure air flow. Neither block-off these areas nor modify the cabinet under any circumstance. c. Do not overfill your Wine Cooler for proper internal air circulation.
5. Operating the Unit:
a. Temperature adjustment: i. The temperature inside the wine cooler can be adjusted between Min and Max settings using the rotary switch located on the upper corners of each zone in the cooler casing. ii. The actual cabinet temperature in a thermal electric unit is dependant on the ambient room temperature. When the ambient temperature is below the set temperature the Wine Cooler will not operate until the ambient temperature increases to higher than the set temperature. b. Interior Light: i. There are lights located inside the Wine Cooler for your viewing convenience. Light switches will activate the lights. Under normal operation it is best for the light to remain off.

Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Cleaning and Maintenance:
a. WARNING: To avoid electric shock always unplug your Wine Cooler before cleaning. Ignoring this warning may result in death or injury. b. CAUTION: Before using cleaning products, always read and follow manufacturer’s instructions and warning to avoid personal injury or product damage. c. General Cleaning FOR WINE COOLER ONLY: i. Prepare a cleaning solution of 3-4 tablespoons of baking soda mixed with warm water. Use sponge or soft cloth, dampened with the cleaning solutions to wipe down your Wine Cooler. ii. Dampen soft cloth with clean warm water to rinse and dry with a soft cloth. iii. Do not allow cleaning solution to come in contact with the wood cabinet. iv. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, ammonia, chlorine bleach, concentrated detergents, solvents or metal scouring pads, SOME of these chemicals may dissolve, damage and/or discolor your wine cooler. d. See Cabinet Section for Instructions pertaining to the wood cabinet general cleaning.
2. Power Interruptions:
a. Occasionally there may be power interruptions due to thunderstorms or other causes. Remove the power cord from AC outlet when a power outage occurs. When power has been restored, re-plug power cord to AC outlet.
3. Vacations and Moving Care:
a. For long vacations or absences, unplug the unit, empty contents from wine cooler, and clean the wine cooler and door gaskets according to the above-mentioned “General Cleaning” section instructions. Prop doors open, so air can circulate inside. When moving always move the Furniture Wine Cellar vertically. Do not move the unit lying on its side.

6. Dust your Wine Cabinet regularly with a soft non-lint producing cloth or household dusting product.
7. You can clean your cabinet with a gentle non-abrasive household
cleaner. Make sure to
dry your cabinet immediately with a soft cloth or towel.
8. The Cabinet surface can be cleaned using standard Cabinet cleaning agents available at your local supplier.
9. Read Wine Cooler and Cabinet Light section for installation pertaining to a risk of fire, electric shock, exposure to excessive UV radiation, injury to persons, or loss of life.
10. Caution : All drawers and shelves including the pouring surfaces are designed to sustain a load weighing 10 lbs maximum. Exceeding this weight may damage the unit or may result in instability causing possible injury. Do not sit or place small children or infants on the pouring surface under any circumstance.
11. Warning: There are vents and openings strategically located on the wood cabinet in order to insure air flow. Do not block-off these areas under any circumstance.
12. Warning: Avoid spilling on the pouring surface. Wipe dry all possible spills on the pouring surface immediately.
13. Avoid pulling the cabinet door while in the locked position to prevent damage to the lock mechanism and door frame.
14. Warning: To help prevent child entrapment keep key out of reach of children and away from the cabinet.

Cabinet Lock Operation:
Two keys (one duplicate) are provided in order to operate the lock mechanism on your wine cabinet. You may locate these inside the wine cooler as you unpack your cabinet Turn the key counter clockwise to lock the cabinet and clockwise to unlock your cabinet. Re-position the key to the middle of the lock to insert/pull-out. Avoid pulling on the cabinet door while it is in the locked position to prevent damage to the lock mechanism and/or door frame.
Warning: To help prevent child entrapment keep key out of reach of children and away from the cabinet.

There are levelers located on the bottom of the Front Wood Feet, the height can be increased by twisting counter-clockwise.
Warning: You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware to help prevent any accidents or damage to the unit.
Tipping Restraint Hardware:
Hardware devices for this cabinet. You must install this hardware to prevent accidents or injuries. When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the cabinet due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. We strongly recommend mounting this hardware to a wall stud and your cabinet.
