both your TV and headphones is turned up.

Tap the CinemaEAR button on the
to enable CinemaEAR and to change the audio
mode. There are four audio modes available:
Clear Voice Mode
Boosts speech clarity to make dialogue easier
to hear over background sounds
Clear Voice Plus Mode
Additional enhancement to provide a greater
boost in speech clarity and intelligibility

Hold the CinemaEAR button for 3 seconds to disable the
CinemaEAR audio enhancement feature.
