DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Refer to the section entitled “Reprocessing – General Considerations” in the Medtronic Reusable
Instruments Instructions for Use prior to reprocessing this instrument. After the instrument is disassembled,
continue with step 3 in the section entitled “Manual Cleaning Instructions-Cleaning Instructions-Dedicated
Cleaning Area.”
Note: Reassemble the instrument after sterilization.
DISASSEMBLY
1. Separate the inner shaft from the outer shaft by turning the cap
counter-clockwise from the Multi Axial Screw Driver outer shaft sleeve.

2. Pull the inner shaft out to remove.
ASSeMbly
1. Insert the inner shaft into the outer shaft.
2. Turn the cap clockwise onto the Multi Axial Screw Driver outer shaft sleeve.
