The following table lists certain conditions that may occur during use of the Model SW009
Software. The table also provides the resolution for these conditions.
Condition Observed Behavior Suggested Corrective Action
Termination of in-clinic
session: During communication
with the implantable device,
including interrogations, tests,
Emergency selection, or while
programming permanent or test
parameters, the programmer may
display a system error and
terminate the session. This error
has a low frequency of
occurrence.

Caution: Federal law (USA) restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.
The Programmer displays a black
screen with a message indicating
that an error has occurred. This
terminates the session.
Note: The red Emergency VVI
button is available.
Turn the Programmer Off and On
to restart the session.
