1 Introduction

This document lists certain conditions that may occur during use of CareLink SmartSync applications and suggests corrective actions for these conditions.

1.1 Software models

The software models within the CareLink SmartSync Device Manager Application include the following:
• CareLink SmartSync Platform (M01A01)
• CareLink SmartSync Common Application (M01A02)
• CareLink SmartSync Host Application1 (D00U001)
Each condition listed in this document applies to one or more apps that are available through the CareLink SmartSync Device Manager Application.

1.4 Reporting errors and serious incidents

If a serious incident related to the CareLink SmartSync app occurs, immediately report the incident to Medtronic and the applicable competent authority or regulatory body.
If you find information in this app help that is incorrect, contact a Medtronic representative.

2 Observed conditions and suggested corrective actions

2.1 App closes unexpectedly

Condition Observed behavior and suggested corrective action
The device manager app closes unexpectedly when you tap FLASH.
The implantable device app closes unexpect­edly when you view the ARRHYTHMIA EPI-
SODES window while an episode is in progress.
Behavior
When you tap FLASH on the device manager app immediately after the base or patient connector has been restarted, the app closes unexpectedly.
Suggestion
Restart the app.
Behavior
When you view the ARRHYTHMIA EPISODES window while an episode is in progress, the implantable device app closes unexpectedly.
Suggestion
Restart the app. When you view the ARRHYTHMIA EPISODES window, data from the episode that was in progress appears.

During initial interrogation, the app stops responding and then closes unexpectedly.
Behavior
During initial interrogation, the app stops responding for several seconds and then closes unexpectedly.
Suggestion
Restart the app.
The app closes unexpectedly or displays a sys­tem message while generating a report when there is insufficient tablet storage.
Behavior
When there is insufficient tablet storage to save a report, the app closes unex­pectedly or displays a system message after an attempt to generate a report.
Suggestion
Force close the app. Remove apps and files as needed to increase available tablet storage and restart the app.

2.2 App stops responding or displays a system error message

Condition Observed behavior and suggested corrective action
The implantable device app displays a system error message during interrogation.
The implantable device app stops responding after a failed attempt to program the Time Zone parameter.
The app stops responding or displays a system error message.
Behavior
During interrogation, you tap CONTINUE in the INTERROGATE - UNSUC­CESSFUL window and the app displays a system error message.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
If you attempt to program the Time Zone parameter and the programming fails, the implantable device app stops responding when you return to the DEVICE
DATE/TIME window.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
The app stops responding or displays a system error message in the following scenarios:
• When you repeatedly move the app from the background to the foreground
• When you lock the tablet immediately after you open the app
• When you force close the app and the tablet goes to sleep, then you wake up the tablet and immediately open the app
• When you adjust the sensitivity values while using the single complex view of the analyzer
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
The implantable device app displays a system error message when you program the parame­ters for data collection setup.
Behavior
If the Bluetooth® connection between the app and the patient connector is lost when you program the parameters for data collection setup, the implantable device app displays a system error messagea.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, ensure that Bluetooth wire­less technology is enabled on your tablet, and then restart the app.

The app stops responding during interrogation. Behavior
If you have more than 2 Bluetooth accessories connected to the tablet, or if multiple applications are running in the background, the app stops responding during interrogation.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app. To pre­vent the issue, minimize the number of connected Bluetooth accessories and the number of applications running in the background.

The implantable device app displays a system error message when you view cardiac events in
PLOT view.
Behavior
When you view cardiac events in PLOT view in the ARRHYTHMIA EPISODES window, the app displays a system error message.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
The app stops responding when you program emergency VVI pacing and move the app to the background.
The app stops responding or closes unexpect­edly when you initiate a transmission using the SessionSync feature.
The device manager app displays a system error message during registration.
The implantable device app stops responding during interrogation when the last measured pulse width value is invalid.
Behavior
When you program emergency VVI pacing and move the app to the background, the app stops responding when you bring the app to the foreground.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
When you initiate a SessionSync transmission of a report or implantable device data (PDD file) and the Patient Name or report name includes the ampersand character (&), the device manager app or implantable device app stops responding or closes unexpectedly.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
When you try to register the device manager app with Wi-Fi™* disabled on the tablet, the app displays the No Internet Access message. When you enable Wi-Fi™* and tap Retry, the app displays a system error message.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, ensure that Wi-Fi™* is ena­bled on the tablet, and then restart the app.
Behavior
If the last measured pulse width value is invalid, the implantable device app stops responding when you attempt to reinterrogate the implantable device.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
The app stops responding or displays a system error message when system memory is low.
The implantable device app does not display waveform strips in the FROZEN STRIP window after a failed attempt to program Medtronic nom­inal parameters and stops responding when there is an attempt to generate a report.
Behavior
The app stops responding or displays a system error message in the following scenarios when system memory is low:
• When you stay in a Read From File session for an extended period of time, choose to extend the session, exit the Read From File session, and then attempt to re-enter the same Read From File session
• When auto-identification is used to identify the implantable device, the device is interrogated, and then report generation is in progress after the Quick Look screen is loaded
• During the report generation step of reinterrogating an implantable device
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app or end the session and reinterrogate the implantable device.
Behavior
When programming Medtronic nominal parameters fails and the order of the waveforms in the Live Rhythm Monitor is changed, no waveform strips appear in the FROZEN STRIP window. In this scenario, the EMERGENCY button is not available. If you attempt to generate a report, the implantable device app stops responding.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.

The app stops responding when special char­acters or symbols are used in text fields.
Behavior
The app stops responding when special characters or symbols are used in the following scenarios:
• Special characters or symbols are used in the Profile field and then you tap another field.
• Special characters or symbols are used in the PATIENT INFORMATION fields.
• You attempt to access SAVED REPORTS / DATA and special characters or symbols were used in parameter fields.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
The app stops responding or displays a system error message when the user normalizes the waveform traces after programming parame­ters.
The app responds slowly or stops responding after repeated screen taps.
After device interrogation, the app displays a device reset message.
After you tap YES, TURN SureScan OFF, the app displays an error message in a window that cannot be closed.
Behavior
If you manually normalize the waveform traces after programming parameters, the app stops responding or displays a system error message.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
The app responds slowly or stops responding when you tap the tablet screen repeatedly.
Suggestion
Avoid tapping the tablet screen repeatedly. If the app is unresponsive, force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
After initial interrogation of the implanted device, the app displays a message indicating that a device reset occurred. You cannot program SureScan mode to ON. The parameter settings shown on the device report no longer reflect the parameter settings programmed on the implanted device.
Suggestion
Notify the radiologist or other physician supervising the MRI scan. Export the device report and provide it to a Medtronic representative.
Behavior
After you tap YES, TURN SureScan OFF, the app displays an error message in a window that cannot be closed. The message window cannot be closed, even after you have successfully programmed the implanted device and the
SureScan is OFF screen is displayed.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
The app stops responding after you initiate an interrogation while an app help topic is dis­played.
The app stops responding when you attempt to export reports to BOX™* storage.
Behavior
After you display a help topic by tapping Learn more on the Connected to Implanted Device screen, the app stops responding when you interrogate the
implanted device.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app. To avoid the issue, close the app help window before interrogating the implanted device.
Behavior
The app stops responding when you attempt to export reports to BOX™* stor­age.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.

When the implantable device app has been restored from the background, the app stops responding.
Behavior
During a patient session, when the app has been running in the background for 5 min or more and then restored from the background, the app stops responding.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.

2.3 Performance issues

Condition Observed behavior and suggested corrective action
The implantable device app or the device man­ager app responds more slowly than expected.
The app response time is slower during some actions.
The app responds more slowly than expected after capturing the cardiac signal.
A PDF report of episode EGM data contains only a blank page.
Behavior
There may be a small delay when starting a patient session or sending implant­able device data and reports to the Paceart Optima system.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The delay does not affect your ability to use the device manager.
Behavior
In the app, some actions may take longer than expected.
Suggestion
Before you start the next action, wait for the current action to complete. Close any other apps that are running.
Behavior
There may be a small delay from the capture of the cardiac signal to the time the implantable device app displays the waveform.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The delay does not affect your ability to use the system.
Behavior
When generating a report for an episode involving a large amount of EGM data, the PDF report contains only a blank page.
Suggestion
If you are still in the patient session, view the episode EGM data in the implant­able device app.
The analyzer or the implantable device app dis­plays waveform trace performance issues.
Interrogation time is slightly longer than expec­ted.
The display of the live waveform traces is delayed when a system test begins.
Behavior
The analyzer or the implantable device app displays dots on the waveform traces due to performance issues.
Suggestion
Complete one of the following actions to correct the issue:
• Disable Wi-Fi™* on the tablet and move the tablet closer to the patient con­nector.
• Connect the tablet to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi™* network.
• Ensure that the tablet has a high-quality connection to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi™* network with minimal interference.
Behavior
Interrogation time is slightly longer than expected.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The delay does not affect your ability to use the system.
Behavior
When a system test has been executed many times, the live waveform traces are delayed when the test begins.
Suggestion
No action is needed.

Interrogation does not immediately begin when you attempt to interrogate an implantable device.
Behavior
Interrogation does not immediately begin when you attempt to interrogate an implantable device.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
The accuracy of P-wave sensing measure­ments in the analyzer are not as expected.
Behavior
The accuracy of the following sensing measurements in the analyzer are not as expected:
• The analyzer P-wave sensing measurement is not within ±20% of the implanted device sensing measurement.
• The P-wave sensing measurement is greater than the P-wave peak to peak measurement when P-waves are greater than 13.5 mV.
Suggestion
No action is needed.

2.4 Display issues

Condition Observed behavior and suggested corrective action
In the implantable device app, buttons and input fields on test screens become disabled.
The MRI SureScan Parameters report shows incorrect and inapplicable parameter values.
Behavior
When you repeatedly move the app between the background and foreground while running system tests, some buttons and input fields become disabled.
Suggestion
Force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
When the MRI SureScan parameter is programmed to On in a single-chamber or dual-chamber device, the MRI SureScan Parameters report shows values for the V. Pacing and V-V Pace Delay parameters that are incorrect and inap- plicable for these implantable device models.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The inapplicable values do not affect your ability to use the other information in the report.
In the analyzer and the implantable device app, some text labels in some languages are trunca­ted, misaligned, or overlap other elements.
The formatting of the Session Summary and the Changes This Session reports is slightly different from the formatting of other reports.
In the analyzer and the implantable device app, the status bar displays an incorrect status for the connection between the base and the device manager app.
Behavior
In some screens and reports in certain languages, text labels are truncated, misaligned, or overlap other elements.
Suggestion
No action is needed.
Behavior
In the Session Summary and the Changes This Session reports, the margins are bigger and the content appears slightly smaller than in other reports.
Suggestion
No action is needed.
Behavior
When you repeatedly turn on and off the tablet Bluetooth setting, the status bar displays an incorrect status for the connection between the base and device manager app.
Suggestion
View the connection status from the expanded status bar or view the lights on the base to ensure that there is a connection between the base and the device manager app. To prevent the issue, ensure that the tablet Bluetooth setting is on.

The status bar does not consistently update the connection status of the patient connector.
Behavior
The light on the patient connector indicates that the patient connector is con­nected. However, the connection status indicator in the implantable device app or the analyzer indicates that the connection between the patient connector and the implantable device has been lost.
Suggestion
To determine the status of the connection between the patient connector and the implantable device, view the patient connector status indicator light.
The No Telemetry message appears on the sta­tus bar of the implantable device app, even though the device is communicating with the implantable device app.
Report data flows into the footers. Behavior
Live waveform traces are hidden when you enter patient information.
EGM waveform traces are missing from the implantable device app when you switch from the analyzer session to the patient session.
Behavior
After a successful interrogation, the status bar of the implantable device app displays the No Telemetry message, even though telemetry is established.
Suggestion
End the patient session and interrogate the implantable device.
Data overflows into report footers for some reports that are generated from the implantable device app.
Suggestion
No action is needed.
Behavior
The screen scrolls up and hides live waveform traces when you enter values in the Serial Number field, the Physician field, or the Phone field.
Suggestion
Scroll down the screen, or enter values and then close the keyboard.
Behavior
During a concurrent analyzer session, when you switch from the analyzer ses­sion to the patient session, the EGM waveform traces are missing from the implantable device app.
Suggestion
To restore the EGM waveform traces, in the implantable device app, tap > Quick Look.
The implantable device app displays the ECG and EGM waveform traces on the Live Rhythm Monitor as misaligned.
The implantable device app displays the ECG and EGM waveform traces on the Live Rhythm Monitor as misaligned.
Behavior
When you interrogate the implantable device using a Bluetooth connection, the ECG and EGM waveform traces can be misaligned up to 70 ms.
Suggestion
The implantable device app periodically restores alignment. When it is unable to restore the alignment, force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
When the ECG filter is programmed to OFF, the ECG and EGM waveform traces are misaligned up to 35 ms.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The implantable device app periodically restores align­ment.

The implantable device app displays the ECG and EGM waveform traces on the Live Rhythm Monitor as misaligned.
Behavior
The waveform traces are misaligned in the following situations:
• The Bluetooth connection between the tablet and the base or patient con­nector is moderate and then becomes strong
• During concurrent sessions
Suggestion
Either disconnect and reconnect the tablet to the base and patient connector or complete the following actions:
1. Move the tablet closer to the base or patient connector.
2. Move the app to the background for about 5 s, then return the app to the foreground.
Annotations on a single complex waveform do not update.
The Date of Birth calendar unexpectedly appears in the LEAD 1 or LEAD 2 window.
When you dismiss the keyboard in the device manager app or in the analyzer, a text preview appears on the screen.
The implantable device app displays text about waveform suspension that is not translated from English to French, Italian, German, or Spanish.
Behavior
Annotations (for example, Sensitivity) on a single complex waveform do not update when you select or deselect Filter or when you program Pacing to ON or
OFF.
Suggestion
Connect the leads to the analyzer, or wait for the next cardiac event.
Behavior
When you tap the tablet keyboard up arrow after entering the serial number in the
LEAD 1or LEAD 2 window on the PATIENT INFORMATION screen, the Date of Birth calendar unexpectedly appears.
Suggestion
Tap the fields in the LEAD 1 or LEAD 2 window instead of using the tablet keyboard arrows.
Behavior
A text preview appears on the screen after you enter text and then dismiss the keyboard.
Suggestion
To dismiss the text preview, tap anywhere outside the text preview.
Behavior
When you set the tablet language to French, Italian, German, or Spanish, the ARRHYTHMIA EPISODES window displays text about waveform suspension in English.
Suggestion
No action is needed.
The implantable device app displays some Jap­anese labels as truncated or misaligned.
A slight discoloration appears in the Live Rhythm Monitor and status bar areas.
An apostrophe entered as part of a text entry field is not included when the text entry is pro­grammed.
Behavior
The implantable device app displays some Japanese labels and messages as truncated or misaligned.
Suggestion
No action is needed.
Behavior
When certain windows are displayed on the app on a 12.9 in tablet, a slight discoloration appears in the Live Rhythm Monitor and status bar areas.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The discoloration does not affect the app functionality, and the discoloration disappears when the window is closed.
Behavior
When you enter text that contains an apostrophe, the apostrophe does not appear in the programmed text string.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The text entry exists without the apostrophe.

EGM interval text is incorrectly placed for some episodes.
Behavior
In the display of EGM episodes, the interval text is incorrectly placed or over­lapping with markers.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The incorrect placement of the interval text does not affect its ability to be interpreted correctly.
The LAUNCH ANALYZER button is incorrectly displayed near the bottom of the screen.
Part of the screen is obscured by a panel from another app running on the tablet.
Report details are not visible when you expand the last report on the SAVED REPORTS win- dow.
The patient alert for percent of right ventricular pacing appears out of order in the OBSERVA-
TIONS section and on the Quick Look Report.
Behavior
When you are in a patient session and then try to pair with a base in order to run a concurrent analyzer session, the LAUNCH ANALYZER button shifts to the bottom of the screen.
Suggestion
No action is needed.
Behavior
A panel from an app that is unrelated to the CareLink SmartSync Device Man­ager app overlays a portion of the screen.
Suggestion
Use the tablet settings to disable multitasking features.
Behavior
When you expand the last report on the SAVED REPORTS window, the window does not automatically scroll down to display the report details.
Suggestion
Scroll down to view the report details.
Behavior
The patient alert for percent of right ventricular pacing appears out of order in the OBSERVATIONS section and on the Quick Look Report. The alert appears last instead of with the other alerts.
Suggestion
No action is needed.

2.5 Unexpected behavior

Condition Observed behavior and suggested corrective action
The implantable device app does not change the parameter value to a pending value.
The Bluetooth connection between the implant­able device and the patient connector is lost after 60 min of inactivity.
Behavior
When you enter a new parameter value using the keyboard or date selection window and then close the keyboard or date selection window, the parameter value is not pending.
Suggestion
Close the keyboard or the date selection window and then tap the screen again to display the pending parameter value.
Behavior
When there has been no interaction with the implantable device (such as inter­rogation or programming) for 60 min, the Bluetooth connection between the implantable device and the patient connector is lost.
Suggestion
End the patient session and interrogate the implantable device.

The Bluetooth connection between the implant­able device and the patient connector is lost.
Behavior
In an implant state, the Bluetooth connection between the patient connector and the implantable device is lost when one of the following conditions occurs:
• The device manager app is in the background for more than 5 min.
• The device manager app is unable to establish a Bluetooth connection with the patient connector because the tablet and the patient connector are out of range for more than 5 min.
Suggestion
Hold the patient connector over the implantable device.
MRI SureScan parameter values are not cor­rectly displayed in the implantable device app when failed EMERGENCY programming occurs.
Dates and times are formatted inconsistently. Behavior
When a stylus with Bluetooth wireless technol­ogy is connected to the tablet, you are unable to connect components.
Behavior
When you program MRI SureScan parameters, then attempt EMERGENCY programming that fails, some of the MRI SureScan parameters show different values than the values you had selected.
Suggestion
Re-establish telemetry and take one of the following actions:
• Reprogram the MRI SureScan parameters.
• Reinterrogate the implantable device to restore the MRI SureScan param­eter values.
The app displays inconsistent date and time formats on screens and on reports.
Suggestion
No action is needed. The date and time are correct, but the formatting is incon­sistent.
Behavior
When a stylus is connected to the tablet before you start the device manager app, you are unable to connect the app to the base or patient connector. For example, the base and patient connector serial numbers appear in the Select an Accessory window, but the app does not respond when you tap the serial numbers.
Suggestion
Disconnect the stylus from the tablet, force close the app through the operating system, and then restart the app.
When you use a stylus with Bluetooth wireless technology to tap buttons in the analyzer, the buttons do not respond.
The FLASH button causes the patient connec­tor to disconnect, then reconnect unexpectedly.
The Select an Accessory window disappears when you try to connect the device manager components.
Behavior
When you use a stylus to tap buttons, such as Impedance and Threshold, the buttons do not respond.
Suggestion
Use your finger to tap the buttons.
Behavior
When you tap the FLASH button twice, the patient connector disconnects, then reconnects to the app.
Suggestion
Wait for the lights on the patient connector to stop flashing, then tap FLASH.
Behavior
When you try to connect to the base or patient connector, the Select an Acces­sory window appears briefly, and then disappears.
Suggestion
Tap CONNECT again and wait until the Select an Accessory window displays the serial numbers of the base or patient connector.

The SessionSync feature does not send implantable device data (PDD file) and reports to the Paceart Optima system.
Behavior
When you deselect a checkbox for implantable device data (PDD file) and then reselect it, the SessionSync feature does not send the data to the Paceart Optima system when you tap TRANSMIT. Or, the TRANSMIT button is disabled after you deselect and then reselect a report.
Suggestion
Cancel the SessionSync transfer and resend the data files and reports. To avoid the issue, do not deselect data files or reports in the SessionSync window.
The list of reports in the SAVED REPORTS win- dow is not accurate.
The app displays the INTERROGATE - UNSUCCESSFUL message.
Backup pacing occurs asynchronously at the Backup V. Rate when you perform Rapid Atrial Pacing.
The implantable device app and the device manager app are unable to support some data input operations.
Behavior
If you open a saved patient session from SAVED REPORTS in the device man- ager app and then generate reports, the device manager app does not update the list of reports in the SAVED REPORTS window.
Suggestion
Close and then reopen the SAVED REPORTS window.
Behavior
The implantable device app displays the INTERROGATE - UNSUCCESSFUL message during interrogation.
Suggestion
Tap CONTINUE to complete the interrogation.
Behavior
When performing Rapid Atrial Pacing using the analyzer, backup pacing occurs asynchronously at the Backup V. Rate.
Suggestion
Set the Delivery Rate to 500 bpm or less when Backup VVI Pacing is set to ON.
Behavior
In the implantable device app, the EMERGENCY - VVI PACING window does not open when you tap EMERGENCY while the date selection window is open.
Suggestion
Tap outside of the date selection window, then tap EMERGENCY.
Behavior
In the device manager app, you are able to enter unsupported characters, such as alphabetic and special characters, in the security key field.
Suggestion
Manually enter the base or patient connector numeric characters in the security key field, or scan the QR code.
Behavior
In the implantable device app, you are unable to view the text that extends past the visible width of the Notes field on the PATIENT INFORMATION screen.
Suggestion
To view all of the information in the Notes field, generate the Patient Informa­tion Report.
Behavior
The implantable device app is unable to support emoji characters on the
PATIENT INFORMATION screen.
Suggestion
Only enter alphabetic and numeric characters on the PATIENT INFORMATION screen.

The PLEASE WAIT… window does not close when you attempt to cancel the creation of the Initial Interrogation Report.
Behavior
When you tap CANCEL while the Initial Interrogation Report is being created, the PLEASE WAIT… window remains open and you are unable to use most other app functions.
Suggestion

When running a system test with no Bluetooth connection between the tablet and the base or patient connector, the app displays an error message. When the Bluetooth connection is reestablished, any attempt to run a system test results in an error message.
Suggestion
If no system tests are needed during the patient session, no action is required because other app functionality operates normally. However, if a system test is needed, force close the app through the operating system, then restart the app.
Behavior
System tests stop unexpectedly if communication with the base or patient con­nector is interrupted or tests are being performed concurrently. Messages that incorrectly indicate a loss of communication with the base or patient connector are displayed during a system test.
Suggestion
Restore communication to the base or patient connector and restart the system test. Alternatively, do not execute system tests concurrently.

If special characters or symbols are used in a field on the PATIENT INFORMA­TION window, the field is automatically filled with additional special characters
or symbols when the text entry window is closed.
Suggestion
Remove the special characters or symbols from the parameter field.
A parameter set with a name containing special characters or symbols cannot be programmed or deleted.
The Patient Name field in the analyzer cannot be cleared using the keyboard.
A time limit, established through the tablet’s Screen Time settings, interrupts a patient ses­sion.

Restart the app.

When a Screen Time limit has been set for the app in the tablet settings and the time limit is reached while using the app, the tablet displays a message that interrupts the patient session.

When the message appears, tap Ignore Limit and then Ignore Limit For Today. Turn off the Screen Time limit in the tablet settings when you are not in a patient session.

Pending changes in the STRIP PREFEREN- CES window are saved but not programmed when you tap the EMERGENCY button.
Behavior
When you make changes in the STRIP PREFERENCES window and then tap the EMERGENCY button, the STRIP PREFERENCES window closes, and the pending changes are saved but not programmed.
Suggestion
Reopen the STRIP PREFERENCES window and then tap OK to program the settings.
The Live Rhythm Monitor and eStrip recorder do not display a marker when a Fast A&V episode is detected.
The Read From File session only displays data since the last patient session.
When you scroll to the bottom of the app help window, the scroll bar does not remain at the bottom of the app help window and prevents access to the navigation buttons.
Behavior
