INSTRUCTIONS FOR SET SCREW DRIVER, P/N 9010000820
DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Refer to the section entitled “Reprocessing – General Considerations” in the Medtronic Reusable Instruments Instructions for Use prior to reprocessing this instrument. After the instrument is disassembled, continue with step 3 in the section entitled “Manual Cleaning Instructions-Cleaning Instructions-Dedicated Cleaning Area.”
Note: Reassemble the instrument after sterilization.
DISASSEMBLY
1. Pull back on the metallic T-handle while pressing both buttons down on the metallic T-handle.
3. Pull back on the metallic T-handle to release the inner shaft from the outer shaft.

1. Pull back on the metallic T-handle while pressing both buttons down on the metallic T-handle.
DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Refer to the section entitled “Reprocessing – General Considerations in the Medtronic Reusable Instruments Instructions for Use prior to reprocessing this instrument. After the instrument is disassembled, continue with step 3 in the section entitled Manual Cleaning Instructions-Cleaning Instructions-Dedicated Cleaning Area.
Note: Reassemble the instrument after sterilization.
DISASSEMBLY
3. Pull back on the metallic T-handle to release the inner shaft from the outer shaft.
2. Release the metallic T-handle and buttons.
ASSEMBLY
4. Pull the inner shaft out to remove.
1. Insert the inner shaft into the outer shaft.
3. Release the metallic T-handle and buttons.
2. While pulling back on the metallic T-handle and pressing both buttons down on the metallic T-handle, press the inner shaft downwards into the outer shaft.
4. Pull back on the metallic T-handle to ensure that the inner shaft is fully seated and does not protrude from the outer shaft when actuated.
