Refer to the package inserts that accompany the instruments for important information including disposition, reprocessing, and
sterilization instructions.

ASSEMBLY

1. Press button on MAS Lock Sleeve Driver (A). See Figure 1.

2. With button pressed, slide the Adapter Driver T25 (B) into MAS Lock Sleeve Driver (A). See Figure 2.

3. Adapter Driver T25 (B) will lock into the MAS Lock Sleeve Driver (A). See Figure 3.

DISASSEMBLY

1. Press button on MAS Lock Sleeve Driver (A). See Figure 4.

2. With button pressed, remove the Adapter Driver T25 (B) from the MAS Lock Sleeve Driver (A). See Figure 5.

3. Once disassembled, if the Adapter Driver T25 has cement in or on the instrument, dispose of the Adapter Driver T25 (B).
