DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Refer to the Medtronic Reusable Instruments Instructions for Use prior to reprocessing this instrument. After the instrument is
disassembled, refer to the Medtronic Reusable Instruments Instructions for Use.
DISASSEMBLY
1. Firmly grip the Plate Trial (Item 2) and Trial (Item 3) with one hand and the Trial Handle (Item 1) with the other hand.
2. Turn the Trial Handle counter clockwise to loosen and remove it from the Plate Trial and Trial.
3. Separate the Plate Trial and Trial.
